A great massage experience for introverts. I scheduled a session after a long road trip that left me aching. I was able to get in within 30 minutes of scheduling and didn't see another person the whole time: text messages and instruction videos guided the experience. I found it relaxing and low stress. I am getting sessions for my in-laws because the chair does some nice compression on legs, which seems like it would be good for circulation.

Terrible experience. You go to a professional looking website to make your reservation. After booking, you get a text message with an address to a sketchy office building and instructions on how to enter and a phone number to call. The person you talk to is rude and condescending. Not the experience you’d associate with a massage.

We first did the ZGM in Las Vegas years ago and we loved it. So when we went to Ft Myers we looked for the same setup. Fortunately, we found one and it was completely remote operated. We didn't expect customer service to be great but we were pleasantly suprised. From using our Groupon, to getting confirmation and accessing the facility we experienced stellar customer service. Prompt replies to our texts and we spoke to a live person when we called. I accidentally booked the wrong day and we showed up a day early. They were able to move our appointment on the spot! Of course the ZGM was fantastic. Wonderful experience for my husband and I on our anniversary!

10/10 I wish I could give this a million star review. I cannot say enough good things about the Zero Gravity Massage room! Our experience last night for a couples massage was spectacular. My husband is a Post 911 veteran who has injury and compression in his spine, neck, shoulders, and knees. He hasn’t allowed anyone to touch him since the intense pain a physical therapist caused during a massage session many years ago and has just suffered with pain since. I was nervous about how he would react to this but he said he felt safe in the building, in the room, and enjoyed that there were no people there with us and it allowed him to relax and enjoy the experience. I woke up today feeling amazing, he woke up today feeling less pain that he’s felt in years! It is hands down the best!!

Bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday as a surprise. At first I was skeptical because I’d never used a contactless, remotely operated system like this one. However, everything went exactly as described and the instructions were easy to follow. We both really enjoyed this experience and will definitely do this again! Highly recommend.

Fisherman's Village is a great place to spend a few hours with family, out of town friends, or solo. Unique shops and boutiques for pets, clothing, homewares, jewelery, oils, teas, tourist items, etc. Something for everyone. Great indoor and outdoor restaurants ( I personally like Village Brewhouse), outdoor bars overlooking the water, and great entertainment everyday . Dave Lapio with his steel drums is my favorite. I feel like I'm on the islands. King Fisher Fleet is right there and they offer numerous boat rides ( eco tours, sunset tours, etc). I've been on all of them and found them relaxing and educational. Parking is somewhat limited, so come early on holidays and special weekends. Also, visit Simply Sweet. It's at the entrance of the wharf and new owner has truly made it special. Homemade fudge done on the premises, popcorn, Gelato, and gourmet chocolates. Enjoy your visit.

My daughter and I had a blast tonight. It was a little tough finding it but once we did, it was great! Clean, zero contact, perfect temperature, long, relaxing, customizable massage. Highly recommend! Bring a friend.

My husband an I had such a great experience, I do recommend to give it a shot. At first you seem to be skeptical… however it is secure an the environment is very chill. We enjoyed the fact the space was to ourselves dark room, we simply love it. We went only a week ago an already looking forward to booking another session to go back. Their hours are great you can pretty much go anytime, if you want morning all the way to night.If your like us wanting to try something new, you will definitely enjoy it, an like myself I passed out from the relax enjoyment of this. Also the people we connected with over the phone to walk us through the whole process were so friendly… They answer all your questions an will stay on the phone with you to make sure it all goes well. Brianna assisted us an she was just a delight.

Best massage ever!! I’m canceling my membership at hand and stone just for this 😍 it’s affordable and so relaxing. Would be great for couples Perfect for those that don’t like strangers touching them.
