Anyway, finding and getting a good massage is hit and miss for me - my last massage was on vacation in S. Korea and if you've never had a korean massage... well... it's not like massages here in the US and that's not a knock on them, I would do it again now that I know what I know. And the last massage I got in the US was a couple years ago and the masseuse liked to whisper directly into my ear canal EVERYTHING he was doing which was not my cup of tea. So, when I started looking for some massage options the Zero Gravity Massage place popped up. Reviews were great so I thought screw it, I'll give it a shot. Scheduling through the website is easy enough, no brain busters there. For the actual experience itself, let's start with the negatives because that's just the kind of girl I am (and it's okay, the list is small). First, it's a little pricey at $70 for an hour sitting in a beefed up version of the massage chairs you see at the mall. Second, you're supposed to get an instruction text 45 min before your appointment, I didn't get mine and I was running late so I wasn't too worried till I got to the location right before my appointment and felt confused. This place is located in what looks like an office complex, and that's because that's exactly what this is. It's a big 4 story building with a lot of different businesses that are not open on Saturdays so when I pulled up to the big empty parking lot I started to panic a bit. I double checked and the address was right so entering the building all the lights are pretty much off. Kinda sets an eerie vibe, especially being alone, but I pressed on and saw that I needed to go to the 4th floor. At that point I called the number on the website (they're based in Vegas and there is ZERO staff here to guide you) and the young lady who answered the phone was a P R O. She walked me through every step to get me to the right area like she was there next to me, and once inside she walked me through the chair settings process though you can watch a how to video if that's more your thing. The room is an office with with a little hutch with some disinfectant wipes, the chairs and a fan if you need some air flow. There's also a little star projector to set the ambiance and a sound machine that I think had ocean waves playing but honestly it's hard to hear over the chairs once they start going (you might want to bring some head phones to zone out better). The process is pretty straight forward if you've ever been in a massage chair, not a whole lot of questions. The chairs lean you all the way on your back so there's not much sitting up/being able to be on your phone if that's what you like. And the rollers tend to be a bit aggressive around the shoulders and the hips but that could maybe be taken care of by adjusting the settings (I just rolled with it). My favorite was the foot massage you get and the compression is pretty great. Before I knew it my hour was up and it was time to go. While I wasn't able to fully 100% relax during the massage (I was in a dark, empty office building by myself, and the door does lock, but still) I think next time I'll be able to feel a bit more at ease knowing what to do and what to expect. Overall I would do this again, though with the cost being a little high for what it is I wouldn't be able to come very often, but a treat is a treat for a reason. My only real suggestion for the owners would be to get a bigger star projector, since you're on your back the entire time the amount of things to look at is limited and having a better space-y environment would be more fun to look at than the dropped tile ceilings (but that is a very limited gripe). Ultimately if you like chair massages give it a try, it's a unique and slightly odd experience given where it's at but I left feeling more relaxed than when I walked in and that's the whole point. Its somewhere I'll tell my family and friends about for sure!

If we could give 10 stars we would. The massage chairs worked us from top to bottom👌👌👌 Our first time and we will be back. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

1st time visit. I didn't have to get undressed. The room was clean and private. The building was very warm but Zero Gravity had a fan. I will return!

I cant get enough of ZeroGravity Chair Massage. Seriously it’s a must for those of us that work multiple jobs and have a crazy schedule. I can always get in- they make it so easy and affordable! Also - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Different massage experience but it was very nice and relaxing one! Loved that it was just the two of us and no one else was in the room. Really felt like a personal relaxation spot. Massage was nice and your body does get used to it after a bit. Take the time to adjust to how you like so it’s the best possible massage!

I have been to Zero Gravity Massage twice now, and I will be using this service again! I truly enjoy the experience. I will admit, I was a little intimidated by booking online, with no receptionist, video instructions, and touch control commands, but it was very simple and relaxing. They offer sanitizing wipes to clean the chair, a fan that oscillates, and a sound machine that plays ocean sounds. Don't hesitate, just do it!!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect since there wasn’t many reviews, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised! We did the couples session for an hour which was an extremely good rate compared to an actual masseuse and honestly better in my opinion. The room we got was clean, the lights were dim to create a calming atmosphere, and the massage chairs were sanitized and had a lot of options to specialize on the experience you want. I highly recommend if you want intimate time but still have a high quality massage!!

Never had a massage before so I was a little skeptical about the no in person contact but I thoroughly enjoyed this. The atmosphere was quiet calm relaxed. Would definitely do this again.

These chairs are amazing! I like the whole set up as you “do it yourself”. Theres no awkward interactions with a receptionist since there is none. And you are given instructions accessing the room you are assigned to. Its introvert-friendly. You will have to call Shonn as soon as you get there so he can explain things before you start. Now the massage, the chair will massage you from the neck down. You can freely adjust the settings to your liking. I personally took off all the extra padding as I live deep massages. The room ambiance was calm and dim. Theres ocean waves white noise and blue accent lighting as well. Now the only thing is, we went on a weekend and the whole building is empty. We didnt mind. All in all, the whole experience was 5 star worthy. I will definitely come back.

This place was absolutely amazing! It’s completely worth it and all done contactless. Very soothing and clean environment. You call when you arrive and they let you in and walk you through everything before your time starts. Your one hour begins when YOU hit start so you get the whole time. The chair is amazing and does a full body massage while applying pressure and stretching you! I promise you won’t be disappointed if you try it! It was a date night we will do again.

We went for the 1st time about a week ago and my wife and I were really satisfied with it..we went back again less than a week after and glad we did! It was better than the 1st time . I left feeling so much more loose than I thought I could be. We look forward to visiting again.
