Megan and her associate were excellent when my wife and I went for a couples massage. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The tea, music, and lighting set the mood for a very relaxing experience. My wife who has had some not so pleasant experiences was over joyed with the results of the massage. The place is extremely clean and professional. I highly would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality massage at a very reasonable rate.

I found Tracy after I injured my back and needed immediate care. Not only was she able to fit me in but she was professional and one of the most knowledgeable massage therapists I've ever encountered. She was incredible and able to relieve me of pain within two sessions. I continue to go to her for specific jaw work, which she is highly skilled and competent in. I’m so happy to have found her in El Paso!

I have been to Zen Therapeutic Retreat several times for various reasons and have always left satisfied. Tracy is professional, knowledgeable, and she always identifies and treats the source of the problem. I like that I leave not only feeling good, but feeling repaired!

It's hard to find a knowledgeable therapist that cares so much about her patients. Tracy is all that and more! After just a few visits my shoulder pain was resolved from her deep tissue approach. Really fixing the root of the problem and allowing me to get back to what I love doing! I recommend this place to anyone that is battling injury or just needs some r and r. I really enjoyed it here I brought my 7 month old here to help loosen up some of her muscles and she really helped her out and I appreciate everything!! Not to often do you here of a infant getting massage but it truly has helped her and my husband and I can tell a world of difference in her she is so much more relaxed after two sessions ❤️❤️ thanks Tracy

Tracie truly knows what she's doing. I have searched for someone that can do more than just your typical Swedish massage and she was fabulous. After leaving I felt relaxed. The tension in my neck and back was gone. No doubt I'll continue to schedule with her! I highly recommend Zen.

Called to schedule my appointment yesterday for today's session. Unfortunately something came up and I had to reschedule the appointment. Tracy was cold and have no sense of customer service in her voice. She told me I should have paid for today's service because they have 24hour cancellation notice policy which she never told me in the first place. For this reason I cancelled my appointment all at once and did not reschedule. She needs to work on her customer service even when someone is just scheduling appointments. If you want people to try your service, be friendly and understanding of what your customer needs. I don't recommend the business at all.

I had this pain on my chest every time I would workout so I decided to get a massage with Tracey and massage was great. My pain went away and I felt way better. The place is great, nice and soothing, great customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had a massage before until I came to Zen and let me tell you; Tracy was AMAZING. I had knots all over my back and was tense overall. I left feeling extremely relaxed. Since then I've had my brother and step-father see her and they as well loved her massage. I Highly recommend Zen!

I've have been going with Tracy for awhile now, and she is great! I know I should be going for massages more often but when I do go my body thanks me and her! Knots I never knew I had are released, stress fades away, and I leave feeling like a new person. Environment is warm and inviting, and her hands are made to heal. I recommend her to anyone. She is accommodating and there to help u!

Massages by Tracy are amazing and relaxing to where I feel better instantly. I have been to different business to get massages but when I came to Zen spa, I know that I don't need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone with any type of soreness or pains to help your body feel better.
