I've been meaning to leave an honest review for a while now. Here's my experience: This was my first place getting botox and by no means needed a face full. I didn't know how it was supposed to feel and such, but Amber would always suggest more. I ended up with so much I felt a heaviness in my forehead like my muscles were fighting to even exist, not like they were relaxed. So I let that dissolve a good bit and the next time I went in she suggest I go ahead and just do more so I don't have to come in so often, when what she was putting in was already too much. Around the same time, I had her do my smile lines. Half was used first time and half the second time, when I did. Not. Need. The. Whole. Thing. So she just crammed the rest of it I the bottom of my smile lines, where there wasn't an issue. Then pointed out "your mouth is starting to droop right here we can fill that next if you want" After filling in isolated spots the rest of that syringe by the tops of the corners of my mouth to create the issue she's telling me she can fix. Which I thought was strange initially but as the results settled in my suspicions were confirmed. I felt all of it in the same spot, did cause the look she tried to say I already had, and I was patient and let all of it dissolve and wouldn't you know it? The problem she created that she wanted to fix magically went away? I don't think the work is professional and if what I experienced was to be considered so in any way, it just wasn't well practiced or knowledgeable. Or just trying to pump for numbers. Since starting somewhere new I've never been over suggested or over stuffed to the point where my face felt as heavy as it did when I left Zen. Look up Stacey Coleman! Best in the city.

EVERYTHING about this place is perfection!!! NOBODY cleans my face as good as Kristen. She is not only kind and considerate but knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. She always looks at my skin prior to a facial and decides what treatments and products would be best for my skins current needs. She doesn’t just lay me down slap on a facial and send me on my way like everyone else does. I work outside for a living and ever since I left my skincare in her hands it is ten thousand times improved and perfect I hardly ever where makeup thanks to her!! She gives the same attention to detail when waxing and her brazilians are quick yet gentle. Trust me this is where you need to go for ALL your skincare needs and waxing.

I have been a client of Kristen’s for 10+ years. She is very knowledgeable on her services and has a knack for attention to detail thats much appreciated!! She has taught me so much about my skin over the years. When I have questions on skincare, she is the first person I ask for advice. She’s always at the top of her game, making sure that she has the most up-to-date knowledge to keep her skills sharp. There’s no one else that I would trust with my skin. Kristen is AMAZING and Zen Skin Spa is a lovely place!!!

Kristen is awesome! She's always timely and she performs her all of her services with a smile. Kristen is friendly and a great conversationalist too. I had three different types of facials and my skin always looks better and has a beautiful glow after she's finished. Kristen has also provided waxing services and she makes the service as painless as possible.
