They canceled my wife's appointment for her birthday that I set up online weeks ago 30 minutes before she showed up and said they were booked. When I tried to call to understand I was sent to voicemail. I don't think this place deserves business.

I just visited the SPA and the woman was on the phone the entire time she also didn’t want to help me , she was not friendly nor helpful so sad it hought I found my new spa but NO TYANK YOU

I tried a head spa treatment at this location. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The service was painful. The lady scrubbed my head so hard it hurt. At one point, I felt that stones were maybe used to "massage" my scalp. Those bruised. For $100 service after debit card fees and tips, I expected a more relaxing experience. It's been 3 days since my service, and my head is still tender to touch.

Yeah so they weren’t that good. They were very ruff with my wife and I and it wasn’t as pleasing as it should’ve been. They also asked us if we were going to give a tip for them. They said they can charge our card or if we had cash. Then they said we don’t have to give a tip after they had asked me for a tip. So yeah don’t come here especially for a couples massage

I work out regularly, 4x/week, and I needed a specialized sports massage for athletes that really gets deep into the muscle tissue and I was lucky to have found Zen, in particular, it was Katie that was able to provide a focused treatment by taking her time to really find muscle consolidations and work them out. She provides an individualized treatment that every body is unique in her approach. I was fortunate to have her part of my recovery process and have signed up for the VIP package. I highly recommend Zen for a personalized treatment of aches and pains.

Driving down Bidwell, I saw a sign for Zen Day Spa’s new head spa Deep Scalp Therapy treatment And I’ve been wanting to try a session for a while (Yes, I saw it on TikTok) And I’m excited that it’s now available here in Folsom. I didn’t know what to expect, but I got the 60 minute treatment and Absolutely loved it. In addition to scalp analysis, and cleaning, I also got a massage on my arms, which frankly don’t get as much attention when I get regular massages and it was amazing. Blow dried my hair, and it still has some residual from the hair mask, so it’s not like a hair salon where you go and get a blowout — but my hair feels lighter, and I definitely want to see what it’s like in a few days. I’m excited that it’s here in Folsom , and excited to try other treatments from them (Not the best pic, but here is a picture).

Had a massage and facial booked as a gift for my birthday today. I was a bit awkward because I've never had a massage done before but the staff was very kind and helpful about it. I don't have anything to compare to but my first massage experience was a good one. Thanks for making my birthday a good one!

I had the hydrating facial and their foot reflexology massage! Ask for Lisa she is wonderful. Best facial and foot massage I have had in a long time and the products and tools they use are high end. Def recommend. I will be going back! Also, spa is very clean!

My friend and I saw this place and had to try it! I’m a licensed hair stylist and esthetician and was sooo excited to try this new shampoo experience . The scalp analysis they provide was minimal- they took photos of our scalps but didn’t explain what any of it meant, just told us they would be using tea tree shampoo. They put us in the same room where I noticed a dirty towel that was thrown onto the sink, and electrical chords coming out from the front of the bed to the wall, large enough to trip over in this dim lit room. When I laid down, a cushion was placed under my thighs and not my knees. The whole time, both of our technicians tried to stay paced with one another so my whole service felt choppy. The shampoo felt great but in between she kept getting up to pour a “container” of mystery water into the shampoo bowl (this was done 3 times). I looked up once and could not figure out what she was doing. A plastic bubble was placed over the shampoo bowl to steam my scalp, the steamer stopped working at some point and it was sputtering. During this she started to massage my shoulder, then stopped and this starting and stopping continued for a bit until she removed the steamer bubble. She never completed that and/or my other arm. This happened to my friend too. At then end they dry your hair, but I asked my technician not to because my hair is curly. She proceeded anyway and I left with beautifully conditioned but fluffy hair. If you’re thinking “why did you stay and/or say anything,” I wanted to see the whole experience and hoped that I’d enjoy some of it. They were also very kind. I’m only mentioning these things in hopes they will improve their services and for potential customers to know before they try this new place.

Such an amazing time here! I got a 60 min head spa and it was very relaxing and calming. Coco did a very great job at making sure I am relaxed and that I was ok with the temperature of the water as well as her pressure during the massage. Included a free foot sauna or massage chair which is a great bonus! They do not keep conversation during the service which I prefer and greatly appreciated to add to the relaxation. Will definitely be coming back here!

Zen is a great place to get a massage and offers many different services such as facials. I personally always go there for a hot stone massage and would highly recommend it to anyone.
