RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. She’s very sweet and the place is very calm and nice. However, I just wasted over $2000 to do 10 sessions of my belly and arms. I asked about adding in my double chin which takes about 1 minute the most. With no communication and not knowing that adding on the double Chin means instead of my 10 full sessions, I was only getting 5 total sessions because of an added body part. I was unaware of this and disappointed that it wasn’t brought to my attention. And I did not have any results at the end either. She then told me that instead of this, liposuction may be my best option. So if you really want actual results, surgery may be a better option. Freezing fat doesn’t work for everyone and you don’t want to be stuck paying for something with no results.

I went to Zen Cryo for localized cryotherapy because of low back pain due to workout injury. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comfortable. The treatment was quick, I felt immediate relief,and the results were incredible! If you're looking for an effective, non-invasive solution for pain relief or pain management, I highly recommend Zen Cryo!

We had the pleasure of meeting Denise through a recommendation. My daughter does cheer and had a sprained shoulder we tried medication and nothing helped. With one session we saw instant results and within a few days my daughter was back on the field. She was very friendly and her place was very clean. I highly recommended her. We will definitely keep coming back. She is also very affordable with prices.

Today I stopped by Zen to service them and asked what they do and they explained to me what they do for pain so I decided to give it a try and WOW the server pain I had in my arm was gone I am glad I ask what they did I will be back and I will be bringing some of my family with me I highly recommend Zen for you

I have gained so much from my experience at zen cryo. I had the body sculpting and lost 21 inches!! Also, I purchased the facial package and my 73 year old skin looks fantastic! Denise (and Domingo) helped me get in balance after a family tragedy. They are very kind and healing for anyone who walks through their door. If you haven’t done localized cryotherapy you should defiantly give it a chance. The owners are great and are very knowledgeable. Every session is catered to your specific needs. I had a knee injury for over a year and cryotherapy has been a game changer. I could feel results after one session. I now have sessions regularly to help recover and prepare for ultra endurance events.The price is also very reasonable compared to other places.

It’s nice to have a cryotherapy establishment in Harlingen rather than driving to McAllen or Brownsville. At first I was hesitant on paying $100 for the Cryofacial, but the procedure was very extensive and includes a type of light therapy afterwards…well worth the money. Denise was very professional and informative throughout. Thanks again and I highly recommend :)

Should of came here sooner. I’ve had a muscle sprain on my foot for about 9 months. Haven’t been able to walk or stand much without pain and discomfort. Gave this place a try and it feels great walking again without dealing with the pain afterwards. I had 2 sessions with Denise and just on the 1st session I felt a big difference. She explained step by step on what she was going to do and during the process as well. I highly recommend Zen Cryo for their pain management and recovery. Thank you Denise

My experience was top-notch. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and the facility had a very homey, comfortable feeling. I had a cryofacial procedure done while my husband had a cryotherapy treatment done on his knee for pain management purposes. Denise was very helpful as she answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves before the procedure. I explained to her that I suffer from rosacea and she thoroughly described all the benefits of getting a cryofacial. After the procedure, she even provided helpful tips for face care management. It's nice to finally find professionals who actual care about their clients' needs and work towards helping them achieve their desired results. I will definitely be back soon and recommend their services. A +++!

So this was my 1st time coming to Zen Cryo. I was a little nervous at first, but overall the customer service was great Domingo explained how everything was going to work! Which made me feel comfortable and after the session I had for some backpain with Zen Cryo it felt like I had pressure release. I've already booked 5 more session with this place and look forward to doing it again. Overall I highly recommend this place for any type of pain, they do much more than pain management!

After dealing with arthritis pain for years, I was pretty skeptical. After just one session, I felt a significant difference. I left feeling no pain in my joints or back. I purchased a package and I am looking forward to my next session. Ive been dealing with back pain for a number years now. Recently works been so busy that i stopped stretching all toguether and my back went to sh!t again. I decided to try out this place although skeptical at first , im glad i actually went. The procedure was fast and within a few minutes my swelling went away and i was pain free. If you have major pain try this place out , the pain was gone almost instantly.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a tranquil and serene environment. I spoke with Denise and explained my situation, regarding my lower back pain. She was very knowledgeable and explained the the process, before she began. I was at ease as she continued to speak with me during the treatment. I must admit I was a bit skeptical. You are greeted with a very tranquil vibe as soon as you open the door. Clean/calm/comfortable environment. The staff is very friendly and professional. Denise keeps you well informed before, during and after every treatment. After just two sessions for cellulite on my legs I have seen incredible results!
