My previous stylist retired, and I noticed this salon when shopping at Stater Bros. I gave it a try and walked in for a haircut. I have fine, straight hair. I am very happy with the cut. I feel Rosie did a great job.

Rosie just chopped off my hair and did not pay attention to the layers I asked for 30 years cutting hair she said so I trusted her knowledge my hair is ruined

I usually cut my own hair because of hair stylist not listening how I want my hair cut but today I decided to give this place a try and I LOVED it!! Dora cut my hair was very nice and friendly will definitely keep coming here!

Rocio gave me exactly what I asked for! Communicated to ask exactly what it was I was looking for, which was Volume . She gave me multiple options and was so patient to additional requests . Very happy with her service . Also I was a last min walk in and she took me in right away ! Will be going back !

I have to say I am VERY VERY picky with my hair. Dora nailed it! She cut and styled it so good I did NOT want to wash it. 😭 I have NEVER been this happy and satisfied with a cut/blowout in my life🙌 excited to go back !

Very bad service and customer service. The lack of customers was the 1st red flag. We asked for cuts for men and boy. They were sat and the cutting began. Everything was going well until she made a cut that I didn't agree with and which I mentioned. Instead of an apology, like any good place of service would, she was defending her self, like if I was attacking her and by saying that's what I asked for. My words back, "I am not gonna argue with you." Not my nature, I figured its hair it will grow back but I'll never come back here. You can tell she was a little heated. Whatever she said my boy was done got him off the chair and waited for his dad. While waiting for his dad I notice my sons back neck with razor burn/cuts. I didn't mention anything I was taking photos of his neck when she noticed and asked if I wanted baby powder. I replied no and said he has cuts. Once again defended herself and said my son moved and that's what happened. Once again no apologies. I did inform her that it wasn't my son's first haircut but it was his first injury during one, and that in others he even kicked and screamed, which he didn't not do here. Whatever it's over, he is burned/cut that will heal fast since he is only 2 and with a crooked cut that will grow back. I won't discourage people from going there, I just share my experience. On my part will never go back. I'll stick with the professionals.

Asked for a curly hair perm and my hair looks like I had it in a ugly braid which was chopped. If I could give this negative stars I would I look like someone sheared up dry grass and made it poof up which should not have happened. It's so bad there are even straight poofy pieces when it was supposed to be curled Very unhappy 👎 the lady was super nice but I would never go again
