I was visiting St. Pete and needed a trim. Got the cut/color Groupon for Eileen at YOLO—now Saturn Salon. Was a little nervous because the reviews were either glowing or bad but I think Eileen is being targeted by trolls because she was absolutely wonderful; she listened and did great work, plus was a delightful person. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on the color and the cut has grown out great. It’s almost time for another trim and I wish I lived closer so I could go back! Thank you Eileen!

Did not know how to do highlights for gray hair, just wanted to make me blonde, said it would cost $500 to do silver but refused to do my hair, treated me terribly!

Very happy to find this lovely salon. Professional and talented. They listen and want what you want. It was comfortable and clean. What was most surprising is the price was very reasonable. Absolutely going back.

Showed up for my appointment the person that was going to cut my hair had left for the day. No call, no heads up, nothing. I drove all the way here to be stood up.

Came highly recommended, but I have been calling trying to make an appointment for weeks and no one answers or returns calls or texts. I don’t live close by so I can’t stop in to make an appointment but am willing to drive for the service.

Eileen is great! So easy to talk to and great at what she does! I had a Groupon for partial highlights and cut/style and she nailed it! I’m so happy with my results and I will definitely go back. Great atmosphere as well.

My stylist (forgot her name) was amazing. Listened to my wishes and did a wonderful and precise job highlighting and lo-lighting my hair. Very pleased with service and results. All staff were friendly snd respectful.

Went to get my peach fuzzed wax. The ladies in there were so friendly! The place is home like and comforting. Unlike most salons that want to over charge, their prices are very reasonable! Take care of these ladies, they will take care of you! It took her less than a few seconds for my wax. My total time there was probably 3 mins. On top of that I called that day looking for a last minute open booking which zi was not expecting lol. The manager said she would call me back and was able to pencil me in. Incredibly fast, professional service. Highly recommend!

Eileen was rude. She never asked me if I was satisfied with my haircut or showed me the finished worked. She lowered the chair and took off the cape. My hair was frizzy and I redid it as soon as I got home. I was the only client in the salon and she rushed me out as if customers were banging her door down. I wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to in order to post this review.

I am so glad I found Eileen, an expert in high/lowlights!! I came in with a specific look and color. Eileen listened carefully, showed me swatches and gave me exactly what I asked for ! I have been a very happy customer for almost 2 years now. I have beautiful butter blonde highlights and medium chocolate lowlights. I get compliments all of the time. I also like the fact that she schedules her clients so there is enough time and does only one at a time and no wait! I Highly recommend , you wont be dissapointed :)

I was there last year and I had the same experience with the owner! Horrible results from a root retouch, over priced and rude customer service! When you treat people with such disrespect don't expect them to forget! I wrote a poor review then and she wrote a slamming reply in response. No apology, zero professionalism and blamed me for her poor work! My highlights were not blended and were not blonde but brassy and ugly. Charged me over 100. and when I complained she made up lies to try cover herself. She also posted a before picture of me with no make up and never posted the after pic as a means to make me look ugly. She never dried my hair. I'm a blonde and when I left my hair was darker then when I arrived! I googled her name and she is on rip off reports which is another story. Beware!

Worst experience ever. The owner was so rude to me and said my hair “isn’t like normal hair.” She also said she should charge me “$400 for these highlights” even though I had a Groupon. They were horrible and so streaky after I told her I don’t like them streaky. I went the day of my prom so my hair could be done for it and I ended up hating it and she rushed so much. She didn’t even do the style. Ruined my prom.
