Best massage I had in a while! I have a very stiff back, and not every massage therapist is capable of working on my back. I give them 10/10 for the back and neck massage 💞💞💞

Amazing service from the warm and lovely Hally Potter! She helped set me up in the zero gravity massage chair and it was exactly what I needed. Would recommend! Thank you Hally!

We enjoyed the zero gravity massage chair, which is $1/minute with 10-minute intervals. Easy access to the B gates through the adjacent tunnel from A to B.

The most amazing massage and treatment ever!!!! Gravity chair is a heaven sent. and the ladies here Hally and Deidra are absolute angels!!!!!! A MUST stop by if you are ever near by.

I had the BEST experience at Xpresspa in SLC airport. Cody the masseur, fantastic, Karen’s pedicure, heavenly and Hally, the general manager’s hospitality, UNMATCHED ! Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

This would be 0 stars if possible. I showed up at 10:08 and they told me no services were available, although three staff members were there and they apparently close at 11pm (and I was only looking for the unmanned massage chair). Hours are incorrect (or they want to close early) and customer service was terrible.

Was having a rough travel day but Hally and the rest of the Xpres Spa team was phenomenal. They helped make my airport experience much better! Super welcoming, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs.

First time using a massage pod and Porter was very helpful and friendly. If you’re needing a relaxing break from busy travel this is the spot!

I had a 2.5 hr layover both ways to and from Montana. I decided to try the express spa for a massage. It was amazing. I love the machines and the gentleman that works there Connor (?) was so great at getting me setup and comfortable both times. I used the laydown heated machine and the egg looking one in the back room. Both were just what I needed. Thank you Express Spa

Simply AMAZING. This place is located near A15. I had an unexpectedly long layover due to a flight delay, and was looking for somewhere to relax. Frankly, I didn’t have high expectations but their massage chair blew my mind. The place was also extremely clean and the manager Hally was so friendly and made it so comfortable. Thank you for making my layover experience in Utah so enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

They stop massages at 4 in the afternoon? Never said this before in an airport. But they did offer me this very expensive touch less massage in this chair.

A delightful break amid the airport hustle. Halle Potter made my wife and I feel special, listening to us and making great recommendations. We left 45 minutes later much rejuvenated.

Great experience here. I had slept wrong and had a kink in my my shoulder for a few days and was dreading getting on a flight. This huge masseuse guy really worked on my back and I felt a huge improvement afterwords. Super grateful. Big thanks to that guy. Was $35 for 15 minutes, which was worth it for me at the time with my aches and pains.

They offer messages but have no message therapist. Seems to be a theme here at SLC to advertise things they don’t have.

Tried to get a massage and had been looking forward to it since I knew I’d have a layover here, all the massage therapists had already gone home. Only nail techs were working. Doesn’t make much sense considering they were still open for hours. Disappointed

Not worth the walk. Never open or have massage therapists. USA airports should ban this company. Only place in airport with irregular hour practices.

Best chair massage I've had. Deirdre is just amazing and makes sure you get the most for what you pay for. The quality of massage I would expect at a nice spa, not an airport.

Amazing, quick, thorough. New personal goal to have long layovers in SLC so I can go to these great massage therapists. Highly recommend the foot massage and the neck and shoulder massage!

Before we started, I asked the manicurist if she had gel and she said she had quick drying drops which are the same thing. I advised her I was concerned about my nails being dry before leaving because I had to handle my own luggage. She had two UV light units sitting on the table next to her. I voiced my concern again and asked if she was going to use the UV light again and she said “No, I’m going to use the quick drying drops”. After she was finished painting my nails, she applied the drops and asked me to sit with my hands in front of a small fan for five minutes. I sat there for seven and asked her if the nails would be dry at this point. She advised they are good. I walked from the spa to my gate(10 minute walk) and by the time I arrived at the gate, 6 of the ten nails were damaged. I tipped the woman in good faith that she was representing the “quick dry drops” accurately. Complete waste of money! If I could give zero stars, I would. Hugely disappointed.

The facility was clean and a perfect escape in the airport when waiting for a flight. They do not have acrylic options and colors are a bit limited, but that was okay for me.

Every time we come here there is nobody to rub us. The staff must go home about 7pm or so. I don't consider 8pm early. This has happened several times. I am talking zero massage people. Please sell to a company that can staff the place.

I am a frequent traveler and often times stop in to XpresSpa while in the airport. In the past, they had a loyalty program and I used it extensively (I have used their service for a long time). During my travel this week (1/16/24 at approx. 8:20am) in Salt Lake City, I decided to stop in for a brief 20min massage as is my custom. I was not greeted, the therapist remained seated at the back of the room and simply looked at me. I said I would like a 20min massage and her only words were “fill out the paper”. Needless to say, I immediately walked away. For something that has become a simple, habitual, treat between flights, I was sorely disappointed in Salt Lake City. Your employees are your company. XpresSpa, you have lost a loyal customer.

I went for a 30 minute neck and back massage at SLC airport and it was amazing! Raelynn was my misuse and she was top notch. I frequently get massages and this was the best one I have had. She is super in-tuned with your body’s needs and does an amazing job with firm pressure. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Just stopped in to see if they were available for 4 of us. It was empty, no customers. The 4 massage therapist’s were all sitting and looking at their phones. We were not greeted. No one got up. When asked if they were available we were told all 4 of us needed to be present. We explained our friends were 20 steps away and could be right there. No positive energy or attempt at having our business. Very disappointing attitude’s for 4 service providers. We did not go back for services.

Terrible service!!!!! Who ever owns this spa should hire employees who actually want to work. I tried to book 2 one hour massages. I was informed that there’s only one masseuse. So I tried to book 2 30 min massages. The masseuse was RUDE and basically did everything she could to deter from working. Not one customer yet kept coming at me with what time our flight left. It was 1:25pm. Our flight leaves at 3:10. And we are at gate A15, WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE MASSAGE PLACE. No matter what I said she kept saying, I don’t want you to miss your flight in a very agitated attitude. I let her know, it’s not a problem, my husband could do 20 min if need be. She then told me well, we are a first come first serve place. I said he’s right here, I’m ready to go now. And then I got more attitude. She then told me that there was a lady earlier that had to leave because her flight left 15 minutes early. How is this someone who is wanting to bring in business for your company?. I asked her if she was even wanting to do massages and she very rudely said to me, I’ve been doing massages all day. I told her never mind. At that point I walked out and went to take a picture of the name of the spa and the nail lady started screaming at me to stop taking pictures. Seriously, where do you go to get a massage to relax yet you get horrible service? (front desk person was friendly) she….. needs a job where they don’t interact so terribly with potential customers. Look at the picture. Poor company losing business because of rude employees!!!! Still empty over there!
