Ellen was wonderful! She was gentle and very thorough with an excellent manicure. I had a long layover and this was just what I needed. Very clean and attentive service with reasonable pricing.

Not usually a Google reviewer, but Camilla did an amazing job working out my knots/tension in an express neck and back massage. Perfect thing after hauling luggage all day!

Even though they were short staffed, they took me in right away and made me feel comfortable. I was asked to sit where I wanted & started on me right away. Gracious, friendly & excellent job! Such a pleasurable experience in such a chaotic place like JFK T4. Thank you ladies!! See you again!

I came by several times and asked for a massage. The lady told me to wait and try to send me to another worker. So I left then I came back maybe it was the wrong time in. I come back and ask for a back and neck massage, she looks around and tries to send me to another woman to get a foot massage. So I left again I came back, and she tried to send me to another worker while the other worker was already giving someone a massage. Then I left and came back and she is working on someone who she chooses to work on. I gave two stars instead of one because I don’t know how the massages all because I never received one, but they do pick and choose who they decide to give a massage too. When she realized I knew what was going on every time I walk past, she goes in the back.

I wish every airport had one of these! Came here after my flight was delayed for a 30 minute massage and I was in heaven 😌 They accept walk ins and I only had to wait about 10 minutes. 100% recommend if you have a layover.

Loved that I was able to get a massage during my layover. More nail techs are needed. I wanted a pedicure but the tech hadn't arrived to work yet. It was after the lunch hour. I'll go back ... the massage chair was great.

My flight was delayed 2 hours so I decided to kill time with a pedicure. I did the business class option and it was perfect! The massage chair really took care of the knots in my back. The pedicure was wonderful and the tech painted my toes perfectly. It was a pretty basic pedicure which is really what I wanted but they did have lamps so I wondered if they had gel also. I also got an exfoliation, massage, and lotion on my feet. Worth it!

Such an awesome spa! They took us right in for pedicures. Ellen was the best. Taking care of your feet is a must during long travel days. Whoever gives this place a bad review is probably just complaining for no reason. Heart heart heart!!!!!

Wish I could photograph the bliss I am feeling after a 15 minute neck and back massage! Okay, expensive, yeah like everything else at the airport, but even with my wallet lightened I feel glad we went here. It's like 10 tons of emotional bricks jumped off our shoulders! I generally do not get massages because I can't stand a heavy touch, but my gal listened and did a light but thoroughly relaxing massage for me. My partner had a medium to firm massage by the gal who helped him. Both were fantastic. When finished, we paid and floated off to our gate in happiness. I would say, the key here is to understand the pricing and then to communicate clearly with the massage therapist. Wow oh wow. Loved it.

Zeer ontevreden. Jammer want het concept is goed , de service , vriendelijkheid & uitvoering van de diensten laat sterk te wens over. Ik betaal met plezier 70$ voor een “First class pedicure” van 35 min maar laat het dan ook First class zijn

Hi!!.. This place is very relax!! A pesar que hay mucho tránsito de persona, es muy relajante!!!. Mi compañero tubo la experiencia de probar la silla masageadora mientras le hacían masajes en los pies y quedo encantado desde el minuto cero que empezó el masaje 👌👏🤩!!! Después de disfrutar de un paseo por la ciudad de Nueva York, viene bien un masaje!

Service was great — friendly and professional but manicure itself was terrible. Never dried properly even though I stayed long past recommended time for drying. Peeling off the next day. waste of $50.

Just had a 30 min neck and back massage next to gate B24 at JFK. The lady had no clue what she was doing - kept rubbing her hands so hard against my T shirt that she scratched my skin a few times. Very bad experience and then forced to give her a tip! Never again. I should say the guy on the other side was doing it properly using his elbows to press on pressure points. Company should pay more attention and train their staff - will not recommend infact will ask all friends and followers to stay away from this place

Stay away from this place!! Worst customer service ever! I purchased a pillow it broke after first use, I tried to contact Express recover with the info that was with the pillow to no avail... when I came to return it, they rudely refused for no reason!

Told me it would take 30 min to remove regular gel polish , absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been doing gel manicures for 10 + years and it takes 5-10 min to remove. Either they were trying to find a way to up charge me or they have people working there that have no idea what they are doing.

Amazing… Susan was incredible taking time with every detail, and so careful. Her massages were also fantastic and exactly what I needed to wipe away the stress accumulated from trip prep. Everyone at this location was so caring and created an exceptional customer service experience. It was one of the best mani & pedi experiences I’ve ever enjoyed.

Stopped here while I waited for my flight and got the 20 minutes on the massage chairs with the foot massage, was not worth the price paid since it was nothing special.

This place is so express that my gel manicure lasted a whopping... 5 minutes! Before it was chipped and came off!
