The ambiance was nice. And the service providers were kind. I scheduled a WH Holistic Body Detox… but the day before my appt they called and said they did have a service provider. We changed the treatment to a deep tissue massage. I didn’t get a deep tissue at all. So disappointed that I thought about that the entire 80 minutes. Next I had a facial … I liked the results but I was freezing cold. I asked the provider right away if she could turn on the bed and she stated that it was broken. No extra blanket offered. Definitely not worth the nearly $700 I spent😞

I always LOVE my experience at Woodhouse, but today was especially great!!!! I was having so much pain in my lower back and limped in for my appointment. Vanessa is a miracle worker!!! Truly…. I am now relaxed and can stand upright again! Phew. Thank you!

Massage - Julia was amazing! I did the 80-minute sports massage with her and she really listened and got all of the kinks out. I felt absolutely amazing after! Facilities - the facility is spotless and felt very high end. Very clean and quiet. Great robes and designated locker rooms. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely wonderful body balance massage with Kit! Woodhouse is my favorite place to get a massage, I’ve had at least 7 massages here and it’s always a relaxing environment. The only thing they changed is they no longer offer a mimosa or Prosecco before the massage, you have to get permission from the manager first? I’ve always enjoyed having a Prosecco in the relaxation room before my massage. The lady working the front desk said we have to ask our therapist for the “complimentary “ glass after the massage. I told her I wasn’t comfortable having a glass of alcohol after and then driving. She walked away to ask the manager and then came back with the Prosecco. It’s just one of the small things they took away at this location and now having to get management approval prior to massage seems unnecessary.

I came here for a self-care spa day. I got the deep tissue two hour and added the yoga balm- it’s exquisite! I’ll get it every time now. Corey is absolutely amazing. I’ll be back to see her in a month, and I can’t wait. Katrina gave me an amazing experience with my facial. This is a great place for a girls day, bridal or bachelorette party, couples spa day. It’s so quiet and I feel so welcome and taken care of, thanks to Dez at the front desk. Thank you all so much!!

We regularly travel to St Petersburg on vacation and this was our second visit to Woodhouse. I had a deep tissue transformation massage today with Julia Brown and it was amazing! I have had many massages over the years and Julia’s ranks as one of the best I have ever had! Julia is highly recommended! We will be back!

I have been going to this location for about four years now and it is so disappointing how much it has declined. Understanding that they were under new ownership/management, I held off on changing my review to give them time to fix things. However, after requesting to speak with a manager weeks ago and not ever receiving a return call, and then returning to find the same mold/mildew in the shower, they have left me no choice. Don’t let the name fool you: this is NOT a spa. They have no amenities and the single shower is disgusting. There is no steam room. There is no sauna. The “relaxation room” is barely even stocked with water and tea (today there were no cups). And don’t bother complaining, because no one will ever do anything about it or even acknowledge the issue exists. Do not be fooled by the downtown location and fancy website.

Incredible! All the consultants are super kind & attentive. They tranquil stone massage w/deep tissue will change your life, the regenerative facial will have everybody stopping to check out your skin, and the nourishing body wrap will have you questioning why you've never done one before. I also swear I've lost 7 lb of bloat. Absolutely treat yourself

My boyfriend had booked my bestfriend and I a spa day, and it was perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place more!! I had a massage by Pam and she was incredible!! I walked in and was given a tour since it was my first time and was offered so many amazing different things. They gave us robes to change into, an amazing little lounge, mimosas, it truly felt personalized by the name tags and the details!! Loved every second!!

My exchange student daughter and I visited Woodhouse today. We are on vacation in Florida this week. The space was lovely, clean, and tranquil. All of the employees were pleasant. My providers did a wonderful job. We left rested and relaxed and glowing.

Wonderful hydrofacial with Carrie. I visit this spa every few month and they have my skin at its very best. I have always been satisfied with their services…. They staff is warm and friendly and the aestheticians are extremely skillful and competent .

Be careful buying gift cards online to have shipped. They seemingly forgot about my order. I purchased a gift card for someone that was a couple hundred dollars. The receipt told me she never received it. 12 days went by since I bought and still nothing. I emailed the spa… they said sorry we are sending out today. So now the gift card is going to be really late for this person’s birthday. Thank goodness I emailed because it probably would have never been sent out.

I hate giving a review like this. I booked two pedicures a month in advance. To be called a week before my appointment to tell me that they could only do one. They had Known about this prior and I was just informed. It’s not easy to get two pedicures at one time which is why we booked a month out. It was going to be a special day for my friend I. She has children and is limited when she can find a sitter. I’m very disappointed that nothing was even offered to me as Condolence.

Oh I'm pissed. Come here if you if want 2 hours to feel like 20 minutes because they put you under some kind of serene trance. Honestly it reminds me of that one time where I was put under anesthesia to get my wisdom teeth taken out and you wake up wondering what just happened. If this place continues to expand anesthesiologists might need to find a new career because those hands are all we need.

Unfortunately I wish I could rate Woodhouse better, but there was such a lack of attention to detail with my booking of a couple's massage. I booked over the phone after carefully deciding to switch spas to this one thinking it was better quality. After mentioning to the woman over the phone that this is a COUPLE'S massage celebrating my husband's birthday and recently becoming newlywed and answering yes to getting the massage in the same room obviously, we show up to our appointment with the staff telling us the duet room was already booked. My husband and I were separated and it was not conducive to having a relaxing experience. It was devastating that this spa ruined such a special moment as newlyweds/birthday and only decided to offer 10% off afterwards was a slap in the face. On top of that, there was only a text confirmation of the massage date that was booked and no email confirmation or follow up call confirming what services I paid for. Lesson learned that higher price on a massage doesn't equate to better customer service or experience. Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail. I will not be coming back here.
