Absolutely love coming here, they’re the best! I drive across the state to come to this location because I’ve never had a less than amazing experience. Massage, facial, pedicure- all incredible. Highly recommend!

Website is terribly built. It's understandable for salons to not pay the money for a well-built website. But when you're trying to spend hundreds of dollars to gift someone a nice package, you shouldn't have to try and resubmit payment 15 times. It says the address and the zip code do not match. I tried every combination of services. Fix the problem, or don't. Already lost our business for sure.

Husband got a massage with Joshua which was good hence the 3 star review.Mine was with Alyssa which resulted in me suffering from severe shoulder pain on my right side .she was pressing so hard on my shoulder joint and neck I m surprised I didn’t fracture my spine . Anyhow now I have biceps tendinitis and can’t rotate or abduct my right shoulder. Have to start nsaids .suffering in pain so posting this review .

This spa is next level amazing! From the time you walk in, their service is top notch and the experience is so relaxing. I had a massage with Annie and she was incredible - customized my massage to what I needed and was very attentive. I will definitely be back. 10/10!

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and calming scents. Ashton did an amazing job. She was thorough, thoughtful in checking in on me throughout, and seamless in execution. Thanks for making my first ever massage so relaxing, Ashton! Highly recommend Woodhouse!

Had such an amazing experience! So luxurious and relaxing. I wish I was able to come once a week. The staff is amazing and helpful. They are very accommodating for everyone’s needs to make sure everyone has a great experience. So glad Grand Rapids has such a place.

I can’t speak to any services besides their pedicures, which are lovely. They take their time and do a great job (although I should mention, I don’t do anything fancy with my nails, no art or anything. Calm, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Wow does everyone need to come here at least once. It's very quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When you first walk in you get dressed in a fresh clean robe and wait in the quiet room while enjoying complimentary beverages. My wife and I did a couples retreat which I chose massages and pedicures. Our massage therapist were both very experienced and were accommodating to our different pressure of massage needs. Rooms and beds were comfortable, clean, and smelled good. Our second service was the holistic rejuvenating pedicure which was also very relaxing. Left our feet very soft feeling healthy and my wife's toes painted perfectly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is a bit pricey for my taste but after having experienced it I can better understand their prices and will probably find a reason to justify it again in the future for my wife and I.

Me and my boyfriend celebrated the beginning of his birthday at woodhouse we were immediately taken back at the time of arrival and made comfortable. Shyanne was my massage therapist and went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I recently got 50min sports massages. My therapist was Tracy and she was absolutely incredible. We picked sports massage because our bodies were so tight around the neck and shoulders and wanted something deeper than deep tissue. The massage was intense incorporated with stretches, exactly what I needed. The interior is so relaxing and beautifully decorated. If you are looking to heal your body, look no further!

I decided to do girls’ day out; so I invited my sister and daughter to come with me on Thursday, May 23 (our appointment was at 10:00am). My first impression of the place was that it had a peaceful and calming atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly, polite, welcoming, and professional. I booked for a Deep Cleanse facial and my sister and daughter had a Holistic Pedicure. Before meeting your assigned “beautician,” you go into this beautiful decorated “locker room.” You can put on a robe and clean slippers. There’s also a locker you can put in all your belongings and lock it. Once you’re done, you go in a waiting lobby/room until your beautician comes in. While waiting in the lobby, you filled out some quick questionnaires. My beautician (Chandra? Sorry, if I misspelled your name) was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was led into a room that was very calming and comfortable. There was a peaceful and soothing music being played in the background; and the bed was very comfortable and I think it’s set at a certain temperature. It was so comfortable, I think you can fall asleep in there! My beautician recommended what to do with my face and what to use. My sister and daughter had a great experience as well. My sister would definitely come back and get a pregnancy massage. I would highly recommend going to this place for some great experience! But make sure you are ready to spend some money. My husband bought me a gift card to this place for Christmas (last year) and I finally decided to use it few months later! The atmosphere is excellent and the staff are excellent as well. Also, book your appointment(s) before going. Depending on how many people are going, book your appointments few weeks before. When we went there, the area had few parking spots left, and it was getting busy! Overall, everything was great!

I sent two of my high school friends to this place last weekend for massages and they LOVED IT! I want to thank the people at Woodhouse for being amazing to me on the phone, and they were very professional. I am very happy that this place is as good as advertised. I will be sending my friends back here again in the near future. Thanks again Woodhouse for being so amazing to my friends.

Five Star for sure! My wife and I had a get away weekend and coming here was the start of our weekend adventure and was exactly what we needed! Quiet, comfortable atmosphere and they work to know what you need and want. This is not like going to some places, where you get a massage that is one of a “cookie cutter,” where everyone and every time is the same. They listen to you and work on what you and your body need! Phenomenal experience and one we will return to for couples massages or to work on tough areas individually as they come. I would highly recommend them!!!!
