Fast service is the only good thing you can say. Both my grandkids left with nicks on their ears. They had two different people. They were not professional at all. I wouldn't be mad but neither one of them said a word in fact when the youngest said awe she rolled her eyes.

I will never recommend this place UNLESS the gentleman is there and you personally request him. Firstly, the two women stylist rolled their eyes when we got out of our vehicle 5 feet from the front door. Yes, I saw you both. I should have left in that moment, but needed hairs cut immediately for my children. It was only the two women there in the beginning, and when asked what we would like today I had asked for dry cuts on two of my children and a bang trim for my other child. One women told me I could NOT have a dry cut on one of my child’s hair due to how much was requested to be cut off, so I told her she could do whatever she needed to in order to get it the length requested. She proceeded to not wash or even wet her hair after that and her hair ended up uneven. I have been there multiple times for my own hair, and had even more length cut off with a dry cut request, and was given what I asked for with and loved it with the stylist named Ashley, who seems to no longer work there. For the bang trim there is a huge sign with the price on the board and the other stylist told me it was a full price cut I would be charged for so if there was any more I’d like to do I will be paying for a full hair cut, so I said if it’s full price then she could go ahead and give my child a trim. And my child’s bangs are choppy looking and it looks terrible for what curtain bangs are suppose to look like. Then, the gentleman stylist walked in and saved our experience. He was so friendly and informative to me and my child on hair care and did a dry cut with no problem or complaints, and it was a very big cut. He proceeded to wet my child’s hair for a more accurate cut and I appreciate that so much! The other women did not speak to me or my children after what was asked for. I tipped more than I wanted due to the gentleman stylist who helped this horrific experience. I will never be returning and urge others to ONLY request the male stylist. I wish I had gotten his name and thanked him, but was too in distraught with what was happening in that moment.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been going to this place for the last couple of years and today I received the most horrendous haircut I have ever had in my entire life! I just paid and left after it was over because I thought "ok, I just need to style this my way and it'll be ok" OMG I WAS WRONG! One side of my hair is about 2- 2 1/2 inches longer than the other and there is NOTHING I CAN DO TO STYLE IT TO MAKE IT BETTER. I have NEVER cried or been upset about a haircut but this disaster on my head did it for me. I am now going to have to go to another salon and get it fixed, which fixing it means I will have a crew cut because the cut is short. It was a simple pixie cut - not difficult - but this that I ended up with is HORRENDOUS. I will NEVER GO BACK. It serves me right for not paying the money to go to a good salon I guess but I never had this problem at this place before. I won't ever be going back.

Went to get my hair layered yesterday by a young girl. After 10 minutes she told me she was done, I looked at my hair and was speechless. I walked out as my husband was paying for it and looked in the mirror again and broke down..my hair was a mess!!! My husband took me to another hairdresser and the 2 ladies had to fix it! I have natural curly hair, and she really messed my hair up..thankfully the other hairdressers had fixed my hair...never going to get my hair done at this place! EVER!!!!!!

very bad service after James left .the manager not doing well , so make the employees being unprofessional, I was waiting for 40 minutes yesterday , she is not even ask .(for being a good customer service at least tell me how long I will wait or I will be will u shortly .)One person is cutting and others are playing phones and talking . I have been cutting my hair 8 years here but today u gonna loss a good customer.
