This was the second time I had been to Wonder Cuts the first time I was truly impressed, they cut both of my boys hair really well and speedily. This time was different one of my boys hair turned out really good. However my 6 year old was so upset. I asked her to take a “little” off the bangs and she went to town. His hair is sticking up in the back and it’s like it was chopped into.

I don’t feel they are professional hair stylists, most know very little besides literal hair cutting. Furthermore they are not trying to do what’s best for the customer, they just want efficient cuts for good money.

The first haircut was okay. The following two haircuts were awful. Total inconsistency, very rude and dismissive service. Its not listening to the customer request or instructions. A total disappointment. They are way better places in Lake Charles with more professional and consistent service.
