Alessandra is absolutely amazing. In the San Antonio/Helotes area it’s difficult to find someone who specializes in more natural lashes but she is truly a pro. As someone who works in the beauty industry her professionalism and expertise is unmatched. I always get questions on where I get my lashes done and I always point them towards her direction.

I left one of those chain lash places for Alessandra and I’ll never go back! She has a masterful touch, so if you think you’re too scared to get lash extensions she’s perfect for you. So gentle! And my lashes look gorgeous and wispy just like I love them. I’ve also had a hydrafacial with her and my skin is so glowy now - I’m hooked. I really value her beauty and skincare recommendations!

Best place to get your eyelashes done hands down. Look no further. I’ve tried multiple places lashes never came out the way i asked Everytime. Found this place and exceeded my expectations! Alessandra asks and listens to exactly what you want and does just that! My lashes came out better than I visioned. Very happy customer! Highly recommend this place to anyone

My first time getting lash extensions I was hesitant and reluctant; however, Alessandra was very reassuring, and informative giving detailed explanation with the entire process and after care. Her studio was very comfortable and relaxing. She did an outstanding job and I definitely recommend her!

Love getting my lashes here! Affordable and high quality, I hardly lose any lashes between fills and they look soooo much better than the lashes from amazing lash (who I used to use)! I also *need* to make note how comfortable the chair is. Usually I see hard tables being used, and I’m 8 months pregnant, I was SO comfortable the entire time and no need to break or adjust! Highly recommend!

Since I’ve started getting my eyelash extensions done at this salon, I've received so many compliments from people, commenting on how pretty my eyes are and how jealous they are of my thick, long natural lashes. Over the past couple of years of getting eyelash extensions, I've come to realize that not all lashes and techniques are created equal. There is a definite difference in lash quality and the overall look when I get my lashes done here. I find that I don't even need eyeliner anymore and these lashes really open up my eyes and have given me a younger, bright eyed look! Who doesn't want that in their 40's? I'm so happy I found a new salon and highly recommend them to everyone.

This is the first time I have ever had lashes done and this was an awesome experience!! Alessandra was very professional, explained the process and how to care for your lashes, you go home with your maintenance kit and instruction sheet! I’m loving my lashes! Highly recommend !!

I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. They have no contact information to properly communicate. I was charged 82.50 I arrived at 12:15, I emailed and let them know the cars were moving slow on the road and would be a little late in order to arrive safely. When I arrived the previous client was still in the parking lot and let me know her appointment was done after 12:00 and the lash tech left IMMEDIATELY after appointment. I was never contacted after sending an email. I drove very far in unsafe condition for appointment. When it began to snow the previous day it was well after 12:00 and out of the 24hour cancellation period. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere!!!
