Walked into Winter Wellness with some severe nerve pain in my neck and in within 2 visits it was nonexistent. After weeks of PT and no result. Courtney is absolutely amazing at what she does. Very professional and great atmosphere.

Courtney is AMAZING! She is an absolute professional at what she does and brings so much knowledge to the table. The results thus far into my treatment have been mind blowing. I am now a total believer in the power of acupuncture. As someone who was terrified of needles, I never stress going to my appointments. In fact, it’s the best part of my week! Courtney is a master of her craft! Acupuncture has changed my life. I’m 7 and a half months pregnant and my experience has given me major relief. I was dealing with terrible back pain and my first session gave me TOTAL relief! It’s amazing for the nervous system and relaxes me. I HIGHLY recommend Courtney. She makes you feel so comfortable and educates you through the process. The atmosphere of her practice is so calming.

I had extensive neck surgery that involved all my facial nerves. Because of this, I suffered from neck and shoulder pain. Doctors wanted me on all types of medications. Courtney has been able to give me much needed relief and all drug free. She is able to hone in on the troubled areas and release the pain. Extremely gentle too! Highly recommended!

Unbelievable experience. Stepping into Courtney’s office was like a comfortable and cozy spa. At first I was a bit nervous to have acupuncture. Courtney put me right at ease. After a brief interview to learn exactly what was wrong, Courtney calmly explained to me how acupuncture works and what the process was going to be step by step. Her knowledge is extensive and the procedure was amazing. In the end I felt this “high” that she explained was totally normal and expected. Looking forward to going back as I can already feel an improvement.

I am amazed at how much it has helped me through these symptoms; it is also very calming/relaxing. Further, Courtney is so authentic and caring. I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain since 1976. I was always very active and was still able to pursue all the sports that I loved doing. Then about 3 years ago, I was moving some furniture in my house and that started a chain reaction of issues with my lower back. The pain was so intense that I was hardly able to walk. I started going for Physical Therapy which helped but eventually the pain would come back. Then I finally got the courage to have some steroid injections. Had about 8 of them over the last 2 years. That also was just a temporary fix. Finally, decided to go in for an ablation (burning of the nerves in the back). That worked for 4 weeks. In addition to all of the procedures that I had, I stretch every morning and night. But I still have enough pain to make my life difficult. Then my physical therapist suggested I try acupuncture. At this point, I was willing to try anything. She gave me the phone # of Winter Wellness. I called them and spoke to Courtney who is the owner and acupuncturist. I made my first appointment. I never liked needles so I was a little nervous. Courtney explained everything to me and was very gentle. I didn’t feel a thing. She put on some light music and told me to just relax. To make a long story short, I have now being going twice a week for 3 weeks and I feel so much better. When I started the treatment, my pain level was around 7. Now it’s between 0 and 3. I feel more and more improvement every week. I am back to many of my physical activities such as biking and walking. I hope to go back to the Gym in the next 2 weeks. I highly recommend seeing Courtney. She is a wealth of knowledge and she will explain how everything works. I love talking with her and finding out about all the things that acupuncture can do for you. Having acupuncture can make a big difference in your life. You will be amazed!

I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Courtney or Winter Wellness for years. She is knowledgeable and caring and I’ve had help with every single issue that I’ve brought to her acupuncture table! Stress, gut issues, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, ear clogging, and allergic bug bites! Yes - bug bites. I’ve had traditional acupuncture, Gua Sha, and cupping. Where conventional methods have not been successful I can always count on Courtney to help an issue - every single time!! The office is spacious, clean, and comfortable!

Courtney is incredibly professional, calming, and patient. Courtney is hands down the only acupuncturist I would ever go to. I was originally referred to acu for pain related to a herniated disc, but after meeting with Courtney for the first time, she very thoroughly took me through the countless ways I could benefit - and she couldn't have been more right! Not only did I experience everything she had mentioned (like improved digestion, less stress, resolved skin issues - just to name a few) but the relief I felt of my back and sciatic pain was way more instant, long lasting and effective than most other treatments I had tried in the past. As herniated disc sufferers know, anything that relieves that sort of pain is a godsend! It's worth noting, I was severely afraid and anxious of needles prior to starting acupuncture, and I found Courtney to be incredibly understanding and patient. She didn't rush me at all, and was super accommodating of my comfort levels. By my third visit, not only was I completely comfortable - I was also fully asleep, open mouthed and practically drooling on the table 😂 Hands down, best sleep I've gotten in years and have continued to sleep this well when consistent with my acu visits! Would recommend Courtney to anyone in any phase of life, whether looking to combat an illness or injury or just looking to supplement their wellness routine.

I have had chronic back pain and have tried many different ways to alleviate the pain over the years. I started seeing Courtney for acupuncture treatments several months ago with fantastic results. Courtney is very calming, professional and explains everything that she is doing so I find it easy to relax. The day before my daughter's wedding I had a painful flare-up. Courtney got me right in and I was completely pain-free for the special event. She has taught me exercises that will help prevent further flare-ups. I jumped on the acupuncture train when I realized I was completely accident prone and also needed to start taking care of myself. Courtney made it completely scare free to try and fall in love with this amazing ancient type of medicine. Courtney is one of the most knowledgeable, friendliest, most compassionate people I have come to know over the years and I cannot sing her praises more. Most recently I went after a long over due amount of time I made an appointment. I was so excited that the tables were heated!!!! I fell asleep minutes after the lights turned off and the music played. I could feel the pains just disappearing from my body. If you need a place to feel comfortable, safe and want to feel better. I started acupuncture about 2 years ago after having some severe neck and shoulder pain. I was always hesitant about it since I’m not a big fan of needles, but after my first session with Courtney, I was hooked and knew I had nothing to worry about! Not only did the acupuncture help with the pain, but Courtney is so calming, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable that she made every visit an enjoyable one. She truly wants to help you resolve whatever pain or issue you’re having and never rushes you. I’ve been suffering for a long time with pain. When someone recommended acupuncture to me I was a bit hesitant on giving it a try. However after doing a lot of research I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. From the first time I walked in I felt welcomed and finally someone who understands what I am feeling. Not all acupuncturists are the same. I have been to several and none have come close to the effectiveness of the treatment Courtney provides. Others barely touch the root of the cause. Courtney's technique is able to instantly release the root of the muscle spasm. This combined with her gua sha treatment has helped keep spasms away.
