I hadn't been there for some time, all new ppl, gal who did my pedicure charged me $40 even though the price list was $30, she was kinda rude and said she had to cut my toenails and she didn't clean under toenails, probably would have charged more if she did. I won't go back, she doesn't deserve my business!

High prices for poor service. They did not accept credit cards after advertising they do. She only wanted cash. So, I ended up going to Safeway to get cash, come back and pay. I would NOT recommend this place.

I have been going here off and on for several years, as there is not a lot of choices in Winslow. However, I always have to argue with them about the final bill. I calculate what I think it will be, and it is always $20.00 or so more. I tried once again, and it seems there are always extra charges. I will not go there again.

I was passing thru town and needed my dip manicure redone. The staff that day was a wife and husband. She had him take off my previous dip powder. He was pretty rough, grinding hard and using too-hot water to heat the acetone for the soak. She took over for the application of the new powder and that was better but the surface of the finished nails is bumpy and uneven. I cannot recommend.

I’ve just been here about 2 times and the first time was very nice and she was nice. The second was the guy saying to come back tomorrow then today I went to get a wax and she told me $25. So I showed her Zelle $25 her name and number. Then she said, “No, no. $24.24.” So I changed it and she told me to come back and said it’s $25. I was confused because she just said no to the $ I think maybe she meant to say tip? If didn’t cross my mind and I forgot but it didn’t sound like tip at all. I’m new to going to going to salon so she could’ve just said but instead I sent her .76 short. So I had to get change from the car. Now I feel bad I didn’t tip now that I realize but how she told the only other customer in there and they started talking about it when I walked back in. I don’t think I’ll ever come back since I got rude vibes. I rather try Lux first time or go back to Hello Sugar. Only once they asked for tip at Hello Sugar and when I tried tipping other times they had to log in and it took a few minutes to do so I assumed it’s not common and they usually just want mw to pay the amount only.

Went here for the first time after work today to get my nails done for my birthday, and I gotta say they are wonderful! Walked in and they got started right away. The gentleman who did my pedicure was polite and really took his time giving great service and did amazing work! Been to other places where they just rush you but here they made me feel welcome and put real detailed work into my full set and pedicure! The lady, Ms. Kelly was so kind! I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she did such a beautiful job with my full set! She even helped match the nail color to complement my skin tone and made my nails look so natural! Great customer service! Great mail work and art! Definitely recommend!
