I go to Windsor beauty center for laser hair removal by Nagham, and she is amazing! The best customer service and care. Goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed! On top of that I saw immediate results after only my 1st session! She has made my laser hair removal an amazing journey! I recommend her to all my friends and family!

I booked an appt for hair styling. The stylist didn’t do it like the photo as I had asked despite saying she could. That was fine tho bc I still liked it (they used the fact that I posed for a photo as an excuse not to pay me back) But the main thing is that she cut my hair without permission. She had curled 2 strands in the front and the rest was up, without asking she cut them to make it keep even. I said then I didn’t want my hair cut but was running late so I paid and left. Messaged the salon after to cover the cost of my haircut with my stylist (not full refund, I paid more then $50 for styling just wanted $50 for the haircut) and they refused and said i could come in and get it fixed for free. Why would I want the same stylist who ruined it to fix it. They didn’t seem to care at all that their stylist literally chopped my hair off without permission when she should’ve never been touched scissors during my appt.

‼️#Nagham Laser‼️ I have been doing laser for over 10 years many different machines and many different laser technicians but no one was ever able to treat my body the way she did, not just that but she was able to control the growth of my body hair even tho i had PCOS and anyone who got this know how hard it will be to get rid of hair. I am speechless at the results and if you want to see results from first session or someone who wants permanent results come to this place and ask for “Nagham” she is not just a laser technician but also an experienced and professional skin advisor that she was able to treat on my body aside from hair . Highly recommended she number one when it comes to laser hair removal and she does every inch of ur body. Very friendly kind and will make you feel very comfortable.

I went there for laser hair removal and nothing else, so I can only speak on that. After numerous sessions, I not only still have hair but I have more than when I started. The laser machine is terrible and is completely ineffective. I must say though, the staff are friendly and I have nothing bad to say about them. Just stay away from doing laser hair removal at this place.

Nahid did an amazing job on my hair and she gave me exactly what I asked for with a perfect cut, and to top it all off, an amazing blow-out! Wonderfully friendly and professional... best hairstylist I've ever had! The salon itself is beautiful and clean.. thank you nahid & Sana and her staff for outstanding service

Never go to this salon for a haircut. they will take at least $200 from you, although they will say the start is from $120. and paint you terribly. I showed what color I want in the photo, it was clearly visible that this was highlighting, the master (if you can call it that) began to paint me completely, I asked to stop and do highlighting. in highlighting, she completely dyed a strand for me, although I already have clarified ends and cannot be dyed. as a result, the hair became less, my ends burned. Well, and most importantly, I got more flowers on my head than a cat. left yellow blue and other colors. Bottom line, don't ever go to this salon.
