Poor customer services. Mani French tips chipped within a day, 3 nails chipped by second day. Phoned to relay and said I couldn’t get back in immediately to redo. They suggested day to come in. Came in to have redone and was told I would be charged again if they re-painted my nails. I definitely won’t be going back!

I have been coming here for several months for gel manicures. The staff are friendly and professional, and they do a really nice job on my manicures. Lately, Annie has been my technician and she is awesome! I messed up my nails a week into a manicure, and she repaired them beautifully for free.

This was my first visit and Kay was amazing doing my UV nail fill, as well as my pedicure! However, the entire experience was ruined when I paid for the services in cash, left more than appropriate tip when the manager counted out the tip I left, compared it to my bill and looked at me and said “ok this is good”. I was appalled that any establishment would be run in this manner as I’ve never encountered such a situation. Gratuity isn’t a requirement or specific amount but at a customer’s discretion. I would never visit again. A business should never put a customer in this position, highly offensive!

I have been coming to this salon for years, lately I noticed that everyone is new, I’ve always received great service until yesterday. As soon as I sat down to get my nails done, the nail technician received a phone call, 5 minutes went by and she was still on the phone, I got up and left. Incredible rude, the place wasn’t busy, she could had asked someone else to do my nails, if it was such an important call, I was very disappointed.

Mani and pedi were fine but was shocked when I gave a $12 cash tip and was told that’s not enough. I handed over the cash and the manager came over and said I needed to give more because she did ‘such a great job’. Never in 20 years have had that happen. So strange.

The best nail salon in Wilton! It is rare to find a calm, welcoming space where you can enjoy the highest quality of manicure, pedicure, and spa treatment experiences. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, the staff is incredible and has a true talent and expertise for the art of the nail. I highly recommend "Wilton Nail & Spa" and I give my highest rating of 5 stars The new management Julie, is really friendly and the nail technician does a great job.

WOW WOW WOW is all I can say! I saw Chris for my uv gel set with extension and she did incredible, she really took her time and really takes pride in her work! The new owner so sweet & incredible not to mention you’re greeted by the nicest and the friendliest people! I’m so happy I found my new nail place!

Now under new management! New owner is friendly and warm. Salon is clean. I love Chris and Jackee for the work on my nails. And, the massage that takes place during the manicure is wonderful! Make an appointment!

Beautiful and clean Nail Spa. I was beyond impressed with the service we received. I love my nails. Great job!!! The Manager Julie is a sweetheart. I got my nails done by Chris, she was great. The spa pedicure is the best!!

Everyone there was really friendly and regardless of who did my nails, they were very professional and accommodating. Complete luxury, a beautiful space for me My daughter and I went to Wilton Nails in Wilton together and got the best UV Gel peel manicure I've ever had. We were treated very well and felt special. I will definitely go back.

Great customer service! Everything was nice clean and I found the manicure stations to be well-kept. Got just a simple manicure when I was there, love the color and it seems to keeping well. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I had THE most beautiful sculpted French manicure done here! I’m 2 weeks in and it’s just started growing out but I’m still getting comments on how lovely they are…I’m usually a nightmare for chipping, cracking or picking longer nails but these have lasted and lasted…looking forward to my fill in this week

I had a pedicure there and got an infection on my toe nail. I have lost the nail and it is still slightly swollen weeks later. Obviously their sanitary practices are questionable. I would never go back

This spa is under new management and I simply love it. I recently visited the nail salon and spa and was truly impressed with the excellent service I received. The staff was attentive, skilled, and created a relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the nail services they provide exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch experience.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been seeing Mina regularly now for monthly facials to help calm my rosacea symptoms in concert with my derm treatments and she is the best! In fact, I've had clinical facials in the past that have not produced as long lasting results. She customizes each facial depending on what's going on with my skin and each time, it's like a magic time machine, winding the years back. She's lovely to work with as well! I also get gel extension manis and pedis, and their massages are to die for! If you want a full service salon that you look forward to visiting and each time walk out feeling like a million bucks, look no further. The folks here are so wonderful and it's the best place. I can't believe my EYES! Literally. I go to the Spa Niobe at the Wilton CT location and the lash extensions by Crystal are the absolute best. She's meticulous in her work and as a result, the lashes stay put much longer than any other I've had. The results are amazing! They feel natural, look glam, and I only know they are there when I look in the mirror. I am so lucky to have found the nice folks here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, they do a great job with everything from nails to facials, but Crystal's lash work is truly remarkable.

loved it here! I had been going to another place in wilton for years but decided to try this place after a friend raved about it and I also loved it! Very friendly staff and they let me try different colors before I picked one and they were very fun and enthusiastic. The gel has not chipped at all the last week and it has been through oceans, lacrosse games, barn chores, and more. Can get busy but I went early in the morning when they opened and it was empty but it doesn't hurt to always call ahead.

I have been going to Sun's Nails since moving to Wilton in 2011. Mae is very friendly and accommodating, and Jackie does a great job on my nails. The salon is clean and welcoming. I love the new pedicure chairs. There are other choices in town, but I will continue to stay loyal to this salon - they do a great job.

I've been coming here for quite some time, ever since my family lived in Wilton and even after I moved away from the area. Previously, I would have given five stars. I'm not sure what has caused the place to change since before, when it was Sun Spa but unfortunately, the Pedicures, are not as thorough as they used to be. I can't speak about any of the other services as I've only been here for the Pedicures and Chair massage. Mostly for the Chair massage actually and that's only because of Vilma. Now for the really bad news: Vilma appears to have left and that is a great loss to this business as she has hands of gold when it comes to massage. I live an hour away and the main reason why I've been coming here for the longest time has been because only Vilma can get the knots out of my neck and shoulders. Plus, she always gets the lower back, arms and hands; muscle tension melts away. Vilma has a real gift. I wish Vilma continued success wherever she is, and I hope she becomes or perhaps has already become a full fledged Massage Therapist and is benefitting many, many people. If any readers know where she is working now, please post the info in the comments. Sadly, it's just not worth the long drive without Vilma here and now, just ok Pedicures, so I will have to go elsewhere and learn to endure the dizzying heights of mediocrity.

My daughter and I went here yesterday, after years (MANY years when it was Sun Spa). My daughter’s acrylic nails starting chipping 3 hours after her mani. One hour after my basic mani an entire nail polish had chipped off. We will NEVER visit this place again. My cuticles that when asked if I wanted cut, we’re still half pushed back. Such a waste of money. My family will never return here again. I guess I know “why?” There wasn’t a wait like there were at other nail salons in town. Such a disappointment! On behalf of my daughter and myself, 4 thumbs DOWN!

This salon has new ownership and management (formerly Sun Spa and Nails). I was a loyal customer of Sun Spa for many years, and I am so disappointed at the decline in service since the new owners took over. I’ve made appointments with one person only to show up and, either they no longer worked there, or they put me with someone else I was not expecting. Not only that, one of the workers is very rough (ie digging nails into skin and then getting annoyed when told!!!) I gave them one more shot because I had a nice capable lady my last visit, she is no longer employed there! I am so dissatisfied at the decline in service, I will no longer patron there.

Very disappointed Had a manicure about 10 days ago and noted the polish is peeling off, unable to remove with a nail polish remover. Such cheap nail polish.Will not return again

I love this place. The staff are friendly and skilled at their jobs. The Receptionist goes out of her way to accommodate anyone who comes through their doors. They have been very careful during Covid and have taken every precaution to make their clients feel safe. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Love this salon - I've been coming here for years with my mother in law and we are always very happy with the service we receive. The staff even recognize us now when we come in! Everyone is professional and friendly. While you're getting a manicure or waiting for your nails to dry, someone will even come over and offer you a quick massage (who we just tip a few dollars to say thank you!). They have been very good during COVID with cleaning procedures and making me feel safe. We'll continue coming here for a long time, I'm sure!
