I went in for a takedown and silk press. The shampoo was amazing!! Starr was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t ever wear my natural hair straighten, but after sitting in her chair, I will more often. I received many many compliments. Will be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starr Williams at Wild Starr Hair in Nashville, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Upon arriving, she warmly greeted me and sincerely apologized for running a bit behind schedule. To my surprise, she offered a $10 discount on my service, which is quite rare in Nashville! While I waited, she was so thoughtful—offering me a choice of drinks, including wine, water, or juice, along with some delightful snacks. Once seated, she took the time to ask about my hair, my goals, and provided valuable advice on how to grow it out to my desired length. After a luxurious wash and conditioning, she politely trimmed my ends, which I truly appreciated. We had a great conversation about our aspirations, making me feel at ease throughout the process. And let me just say, discovering she's a Virgo is no surprise—her attention to detail and service was indeed top-notch! I left feeling so impressed, and I’ve decided to make her my go-to stylist from now on. I hope she never leaves Nashville!

Starr constantly checked in, asking if everything was okay or if the water or dryer was too hot. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I’m usually not one to talk much during appointments, but the conversation flowed so naturally that it felt like I’d been her client for years.
