Had such a wonderful massage with Carlos! A kind and generous soul, Carlos offered an incredibly soothing relaxing and creative Sweedish Massage. SOO enjoyed it. He included a variety of techniques such that it felt like a massage journey. Left in a bit of a daze from being so chilled out... Can't wait to try his Deep Tissue massage one day - if his deeper work is as effective as the smooth Sweedish moves, I know it will be worth it.

This was an amazing experience! The customer service made me feel cared for, from start to finish. The ambience and scents soothed your soul even coming from the biting cold outside. Just remember to heat the car up before leaving the building. This way the relaxed feelings go with you. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for your service.

After giving birth to my daughter via c section, I deserved a very long and relaxing massage. I wanted one that would give my postpartum tummy a reviving scare tissue massage so I wont leave with an overhang. Carlos delivered, his hands are truly blessed. He made me feel comfortable and inquired about my trouble areas in which I wanted him to focus on. The ambiance was so beautiful and peaceful, that I fell asleep during our session a few times. After two hours of my whole body relaxing massage, I felt like a new person. Thank you Carlos and also thank you Kim for making this all happen. This family own business is one of a kind and I can't wait to check out the other services that they provide.

Kim is an amazingly skilled aesthetician who is professional, warm, and accommodating. Her customer service is superb. After each appointment, I feel renewed and refreshed. The facials she provides are magical, and I feel so lucky to have found her.

I have had regular facials with Latanya for about a year. She is fantastic and really knows what my face needs. She has helped with several corrections. Her salon is beautifully styled. Very calming and relaxing. The location is perfect for me whether I am on the bus or driving. Please go see her if you need help with your regimen or just need some pampering.

Unbelievable that I've been seeing LaTonya & Carlos for 10+ years and this is my first google review! I started with facials & waxing with LaTonya, then added Carlos to the mix for massage therapy. Tonya is so consistent, thorough and all about skincare...not upselling products and add-on services. A consummate professional in every way! Carlos' skills are a bonus to Wholistic Skincare, as his massage therapy aided with a runner's injury (hip) and herniated disc rehab (neck/spine). Trusting this dynamic duo with my self-care is not only a relief, but refreshing. Highly recommended!

I booked this facial as a bday gift to myself. I received the most wonderful, relaxing, informative facial from Kimberly. She explained everything that she was doing and why. My skin was so soft, dewy and glowing when she was done. Kimberly also told me some things about my skin that I was not aware of and what I should be using. She also went in depth about how to cleanse my skin and my routine. So much knowledgeable information!!! This was an experience that I won't soon forget and cannot wait to go back!!! Don't walk, run and check out the other members of the Wholistic Team!!! I know I will!

Kimberly was very professional and informative about every step she was taking for my facial. She has a calm spirit and is so easy to talk to and talk with. Her suite was clean, nice and neat. The atmosphere was also relaxing and my face felt much more calm and not inflamed after my facial. I plan on being a long time customer.

I booked the winter glow package which included a facial with Latonya and massage with Carlos. The facial felt relaxing and I appreciated a lot how Latonya gave me recommendations on my skincare without trying to sell me a particular brand. My skin was indeed glowing after the facial. Wonderful massage with Carlos. He focused on my neck and shoulders as we discussed prior and loved how he integrated stretches into the session which made it even more relaxing. Planning on coming back!

I have never been greeted with anything less than a smile; when you're there, you feel like family. I always book LaTonya for waxing and facial services. She is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. She has provided recommendations for products and genuinely wants my skin to thrive. Although, I haven't received services from Kimberly or Carlos, they equally friendly and kind. While traveling in Chicago I decided to go for a facial and decided to pick this place due to the good reviews. I was happy I did as Latonya is an skin expert and gave me personalized advice to increase my skin hydration(so needed when traveling). My skin felt like baby skin after my facial. So glad with this facial and hope to come again when I am back in Chicago.

Wholistic is unmatched! I was introduced to Wholistic earlier this year when my friends and I did a spa package for a birthday - Latonya went above and beyond for us that day. She is organized, professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. I had since gone back for additional massages with Carlos - I recommend him to everyone I meet in search of a masseuse.
