I work a very physical job that always leaves me with aches and pains, so I was super excited to check out wellness massage --and they did not disappoint! My entire experience was just fantastic. I had a deep tissue massage that made me sleeping like a baby that night. Thank you, I will be back!

UPDATED REVIEW RE: OWNER’S RESPONSE: Wellness Spa owner, you clearly confused me with another customer, and clearly did not understand the simple question. I never asked about the price. I specifically asked if you had 2-hour massage available for 3 people. You said “yes…yes…” I asked if we could come at 2 to 2:30 pm, and reiterated my question if you had 2-hour massage available for 3 people. You repeatedly gave me a response between 1 hour and half hour. I asked you if you meant I (and 2 of my companions) would need to wait for 0.5 to 1 hour, meaning the appointment would not be available until at least 3 pm or 3:30 pm, you did not give me a straight answer. I heard you talking to someone in the background but you never answered my simple question: did you have 2-hour massage available for 3 people at 2:30 pm on that particular day when I called. Please review your phone recordings before you tried to dispute my review. I NEVER asked for your price or tried to ask for a discount. Your response clearly showed you could not understand simple English and to make it worse, you not only confused me with another person, you also accused me for something that I did not do. I am giving this 1-star review (I would have given negative star, if possible) based on the fact that I could not even get the lady to set an appointment, because the lady could not understand and answer a simple question: “Do you have 2-hour body massage available?” I was on the phone for 2 minutes with this lady and she repeatedly said “yes…yes….” But immediately asked “1 hour ok? Half hour ok?” We went in circles with this until I gave up. I did not even want to try to do a walk-in. The communication alone made me feel it’d be a waste of time.

Recently visited this place, never spent this much on a couples massage, but I must say it was worth every penny and more. I will definitely be back, this was beyond 5 star treatment from start to finish.

I feel cheated. I paid for a 1-hour massage, but she only worked for about 35 minutes and then claimed she had already spent 45 minutes. Most of the session was spent arguing with me, using Google Translate, instead of providing the service. To make matters worse, she counted the argument time as part of the message. It was a thoroughly unpleasant and disappointing experience with someone named Lisa.

I would give it a zero if I could. It was the worst. They first ask my age. But I'm over 25 and they say no sorry. I feel illicit things are probably happening in there. The atmosphere wasn't good either

This is not a place that attend to the needs of the customer. I wanted to get a treatment with a previous masseuse. But the other “ head person” said no and open the door for me to leave. What type of massage place is this? How inconsiderate this place is been running. I did not want this person to do the massage and she just turned the customer away. So stay away from this place.All they want is your money and not the well being of the customer. If it is not their away is the highway.

This place is the best. For years I've been waking up with a stiff neck and searching for the perfect sleeping position/pillow. Now days, I have no neck tension when looking over my shoulders. Thanks to the trained staff at Wellness Message Spa, I feel 20 years younger and still sleeping with my Walmart pillow. The body message is like getting your muscles toned without lifting weights. Great place to get a full body message. Thanks

Very disappointed. I called to ask if they provided sauna services and the lady responded that she doesn't speak English.... Like, seriously! As a business, you have to do better.
