I have severe arthritis. I made an appointment with Joel. OMG it was an outstanding massage. The ambiance of the place was very peaceful the rooms were well setup. The greatest part was my therapist Joel. He had a complete understanding of my problems and addressed them each professionally and adjusted his technique accordingly. I left there feeling WONDERFUL and in no pain. 24 hours later I am still pain free. Definitely going back to Joel next week. Pain free without medications really works for me.

Had appointment for 3:30 PM today changed my entire schedule for this appointment only to show up on time and the place is closed. Never even received a phone call from them.

Honestly, I was so tense and anxious, my blood pressure was high but after going to this spa, I felt so relaxed. The level of professionalism and attention to detail, coupled with cleanliness was amazing.

Walked in just before xmas with no appointment and was quickly greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude. Took a quick shower to freshen up. Amazing massage and wonderful care for every inch of my body by an amazingly beautiful masseuse. Couldn't stop myself from enjoying the full hour. Highly recommend!

I wish I was writing a review of the actual massage, however, I never got that far. After having my initial appointment cancelled the day I was suppose to have a massage, I was rescheduled to 2 days later. I encountered several issues. First, they were not open at 9:30 am as posted. I waited outside for 5 minutes after ringing the bell twice before someone opened it. I was then asked to wait a few minutes. When someone came out, and said that I would need to wait an hour as the other massage therapist took a walk in. So after cancelling my appointment, rescheduling it, they decided it would be prudent to honor a walk in instead. Sure, that's one way to do business. The person discussing this with me kept saying she only worked there and there was nothing she could do and that it wasn't her fault. I had other plans in the day and could not wait an hour, also, I had already moved this appointment at their request. If any of this strikes you as unprofessional, discourteous or at the very least an inconvenience, I would suggest you go elsewhere. They did not respect my time, nor honor the appointment that was made, not once, but twice. You can do better, shame on you.

Only reason I tried this business was it was listed on groupon. Owner would not honor groupon and lied that groupon had refunded all monies to purchasers. Owner offered service only if I paid another charge. Ie wanted to be paid twice.
