I got my first ever Brazilian wax done by Charley today and she was absolutely amazing! I arrived 30 mins early and she was able to get me in right away, I was done with my wax before my appt was even scheduled! Charley kept me talking the whole time so I was distracted which was much appreciated! Will definitely be going back again! 🤍

Coming back to edit a previous review—After almost 2 years of consistent waxing appointments, I can still say that I love the atmosphere and precision of Waxology’s services. I have booked with Chelsea for several, if not all, of my appointments and I have never left disappointed. I recommend Waxology-specifically Rockford’s Waxology-through and through!

I went to see Aimee for a brazalian, legs and arms. She was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and was extremely professional. I have gotten Brazilians for years but this was by far my best experience. She was very skilled, so it was practically pain free. Highly recommend.

Both times I have visited Waxology of Rockford have been absolutely AMAZING. They are very welcoming and friendly and their team is incredible! Nicole made my first Brazilian an absolute breeze and my lash lift and tint was incredible! I have recommended them to all my friends and family and will be a regular client from here on!

Gabby here is so sweet and always make you feel comfortable! Chose a different waxologist this time because gabby left and the last bed I was on there for a service was so unstable and uncomfortable This time I had Tess and she also was very sweet and had a very comfortable bed/table.

Nicole is the best! I love coming here because the staff is friendly, the price for an eyebrow wax is reasonable, and the gal I see (Nicole) is kind and listens to what I want/need.

First and last time I will ever go here. First, when I called to make appointment the person who answered had no idea how to schedule what I wanted. When I asked if this was an uncommon request, they replied no, that they have many customers that get this service (eyebrows and lip wax). Therefore I’m not sure why it was so difficult to schedule. When I walked in not one of the 4 people standing behind the counter greeted me. The conversation was forced and awkward between the person doing my waxing and myself. It was uncomfortable. Finally, when I went to pay they had scheduled me for two of the same thing and needed to fix it. Again, a scheduling issue. I tried making light of it in order to make them feel better by making a joke but they only stared at me, causing me to yet again feel awkward and uncomfortable. When I got home I was not please with the wax job. I found many spots they had missed and I had to be redone. I was expecting more customer service, friendliness and a more professional atmosphere, and definitely more of a professional looking, spa-like result, especially for the price. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning nor recommending to anymore.

Honestly my eyebrows have never looked better. I used to get them threaded, but decided to try wax and the people at Waxology-Rockford were so welcoming and talked through every step of the process. We even discussed what my goals were for my eyebrows so that they could help me fill in gaps I was missing while still looking clean and taken care of. Definitely coming back.

I got my brows laminiated and my lashes done and both looked fantastic. Waxology has a beautifully clean salon and great products. All their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

My experience at Waxology was very good. Chelsea was my aesthetician. This was my first time waxing. Chelsea was wonderful & explained the process to me & put me totally at ease. I highly recommend Waxology. My experience was great!

So I am quitting therapy and just going to see gabbie from now on (not really) but she was so nice and professional! There were no awkward moments which was my biggest concerned. She asked great questions and was so knowledgeable. The two receptionist I interacted with were so nice! All around LOVE the Waxology team in Rockford.

Unfortunately I had a traumatic experience at Waxology Rockford. I was able to get a same day apt and while that was great, the service was mediocre. A LICENSED AESTHETICIAN should never BURN a customer or drip wax onto their hair. The picture attached shows what my upper lipped looked like less than 6 hours after my wax. Completely unacceptable and I encourage others to do your research before booking an appointment. Before my appointment was over, I noticed the redness and could immediately feel the burn. The aesthetician acknowledged the redness and said she would “make a note of it” but I already knew how it would look hours later as I have experienced burns on my eyesbrows before. Manager Reagan was notified the next day but she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday but a note was made to reach out to me. Tuesday came around and I waited until 2:30pm for a call but ultimately had to call them myself to discuss my problem. If their focus is on customer service, not reaching out to a dissatisfied customer is quite contradictory. Overall, would not recommend giving Waxology Rockford your business.

I absolutely have found probably the best tech I could for lashes. Sarah is super pleasant, sweet, and does an AMAZING job at her craft. She has created the best custom look for me, which I absolutely love, and get so many compliments on. If you are looking for a lash tech Sarah is your girl, I'll never go to anyone else!

I've been coming to Waxology Rockford for a while now and see Chelsea for my brows. She does an excellent job, is so personable and fun to talk to, and I'm able to book ahead with her which is convenient. I recommend Chelsea and Waxology anytime I can! Highly recommend.
