This has a nice, clean atmosphere with efficient service and friendly employees. However, I caution people not to invest in the Club Orange membership. I temporarily wanted to stop services because it’s too painful while pregnant. After 2 in-person requests, 2 phone calls, and 2 emails, my membership has not been cancelled and I’ve not been reimbursed OVER THE LAST THREE MONTHS. There’s no way to cancel online.

I’ve been going to Jess for a little over a year, it’s always good conversation and peaceful when I go. She takes care of me and any anxieties I’d have about any session I have done. The wax is super good for my sensitive skin. I recommend anyone going for a wax their first time for any part of their body to go here and I definitely recommend Jess.
