It never fails the day I go see I’man I always got something going on. She is the best at talking you through the waxing part and life. She has the ability to make you laugh no matter what position she has you in. Her shop is clean and she is very efficient.

For the service I received the price was very steep. I understood the price beforehand but figured I would give her a try. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! After home and inspection it’s sad that someone that charges that much would miss so much hair. Not a return customer here

I’ve been using Iman for many years and have ALWAYS had a great experience! From spray tans to waxes head to toe - she is the only one I trust for the job. If you left unsatisfied that’s on you because she always asks what do you think, did I missed anything, etc. she is open and honest about making sure you leave with what you want done. The experience is always professional and quick.

WORST BRAZILIAN waxing experience I’ve ever had. She did NOT make the waxing experience comfortable or pleasant. MANY HAIRS WERE MISSED and she did not care. She is OVER PRICED with no waxing skill nor customer service skill. I’m certain that the dog grooming services next door would have done a better job!! She should CLOSE her shop and STOP PRETENDING to offer waxing services. I WOULDN’T even recommend my dog there. This woman is trash and should go find a honest days work and stop robbing people who are seeking genuine waxing service. WORST EVER!!

Was very professional and welcoming. First time there and I felt completely at ease and relaxed. I only put 4 stars because in the end there was still quite a few hairs and a bit of wax left on, but overall I was satisfied with the job and establishment. I'd definitely go back.

I went here with high expectations after reading the reviews, but I left very unimpressed. The wax itself wasn't good. She seemed rushed. Many hairs were missed and she left wax sticking to my legs when it was over. She wasnt as welcoming and hospitable as I would have expected, and on top off everything, the faculty itself looked very unclean. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
