Jannah is an absolute queen! She recently gave me the best spray tan, which never budged after a long, sweaty night on stage and lasted over a week! I also go to Jannah for brow wax and tint after years of threading, and my brows look so much better! For the first time, I don’t get breakouts or irritation after getting my brows done and the tint makes them look fuller. Most of all, Jannah always takes the time to explain the process and make me feel comfortable. She is a light!

On Fri afternoon I fought thru 30 mi drive in traffic and a dead gps/phone on a motorcycle to find the place, and because I was 12 min late, versus apparent policy of 9 min late, they sent me on my way til Monday. Poor customer service. I made a deposit so I cant go somewhere else.

12/10. No notes. I have had two separate services with Coco Rizzotto, a wax & spray tan. Having never met this goddess — I mean human woman ever before in my life, I love her. Girlie has an eye for detail. The shop is SO cute. Front reception is welcoming & fun. Everyone who works there seems warm & are very attentive.

Courtney is a true magician at waxing; keeping even the most intimate areas soothed. I don’t know how she did it but I’ll be back! I definitely recommend her without hesitation to friends, family, and anyone that appreciate and recognize quality service and treatment. Literally couldn’t find a negative! They misquoted me on the phone for services provided, manager was supposed to contact me but she never called. She then put a charge on my credit card for a service I never received. A shady business that I will not be returning to.

Way over priced services... you aren't getting anything special. I came because my appointment was canceled at my usual place and it was recommend by my hair dresser. I like to keep up, nice staff but will not go again due to ridiculous pricing. European wax center is better!!!!

A few weeks back I came in to see Jannah for a custom facial, eyebrow tint/lamination, and a lash tint/lift. I have been walking on a cloud since. Not only have I gotten compliments left and right on how great my skin, lashes and brows look; but I have saved SO much time getting ready. I don't need mascara or to fill in my brows and I will never go back to fake lashes or tinted pomade. If you're in the market for some incredible skin care and a huge confidence boost, schedule a visit with Jannah. She makes the whole experience so relaxing, gives the best massages and is incredibly knowledgable. I can't wait for my next visit!

Had the BEST custom buccal facial with Jannah! Not only did she release some crazy tension in my jaw and cheeks but she made my skin feel so clean , refreshed and hydrated. Honestly, I cannot say enough how good my experience was. From the second I walked in with a warm and happy greeting from the front desk to Jannah walking me out the door when I was done. I learned so much about my skin during my visit with her and she simplified my skin care routine! Can’t want to see her again. Heaven sent!

I've been coming to Wax Nashville for 5 years. In the beginning I loved it and there were some great waxing specialists. Over the years they left for new jobs but I kept coming here because the location was convenient. I kept coming even when they increased prices and added a credit card fee on top of it. I kept coming even though their booking platform keeps getting jankier. I kept coming even though they split into two salons and didn't tell me until I arrived for an appointment that I had to walk a block to the other building. But I've stopped going as of today because I arrived for an appointment to find the salon closed with no explanation. No email, no social media posts, no sign, nothing. There was a storm today so maybe they closed early for that. But that just left me driving to the salon in the storm and walking back and forth between their 2 locations, calling and trying to get a hold of someone. Officially done. UPDATE: After I posted this review they called me and told me that they had in fact announced the closure on social media and sent out emails and text messages to all their clients. I told them I didn't receive any of that and I was told "I'm sorry you're saying you didn't receive that email." I also pulled up their social media accounts to see where it was posted, and they had just posted a story announcing the closure two minutes before calling me (see screenshot). When I pointed out to them that it had just been posted two minutes prior, I was told "I'm sorry you're seeing that it was only posted two minutes ago." They couldn't just call and apologize and try to make amends, or even just ask for more detail about what I was unhappy with, they wanted to lecture me about leaving a bad review for their business. Made the whole bad experience even worse.

The studio was cute, trendy, and Instagrammable. The wax room I was in was much smaller than I was used to, but it also looked a lot less clinical, which was cool with me. I loved the body positivity messages on the walls in the room as well. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and personable, but the true star was the young lady that did my wax, Mimi. Her process took a little bit longer than I've had at another studio (that also does a fantastic job), but when she was done it was thorough and pretty much perfect. And don't get me wrong, it took longer but it wasn't long and painful. I think she was just more meticulous. Once she was done and I saw how my Nashvillian ended up to be EXACTLY how I wanted it, I didn't mind the little extra time at all. She was also very personable, interesting, and fun to talk to during the wax. It may be weird to say you'd like to be friends with the person that waxes your who-ha, but then it also makes sense lol.

I’m visiting Nashville and saw Jessica for a quick wax and Katie for a spray tan. I received excellent, friendly service from each of them and felt they were knowledgeable and super professional. Katie made the spray tan experience fun and upbeat - zero awkwardness and she explained the process well (my first time having a custom spray!). Wax Nashville is hands down the best experience I have had in a long time. I received a facial before my wedding (first facial ever) and was stunned by the experience they provide. Wax Nashville is in a beautiful location (couldn’t be located better - in a super trendy part of East Nashville). Beyond the location, when you walk in, you immediately notice the thoughtful decorations and decor, the team at Wax Nashville make you feel at home (the experience the team provides is the best part), and the execution on their services is A++. I don’t think I have ever said this about another business, but I would go back just to chit chat with the team at Wax Nashville. I could go on and on about how great the experience and execution of their services were, but then I would be typing all night. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wax or facial. I never knew what I was missing. Claire and the team are TOP NOTCH. We will be back, thank you so much ☺️

Hannah Talley is the best! I have allergies and very very sensitive skin. I love getting my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted because it saves so much time getting ready and mascara make my eyes freak out. Hannah knows exactly what I can and can’t have so I don’t react to anything where I have to be super aware most places- she just knows what to do. Her experience and techniques are a 10. Plus she’s the most fun!

I booked an extended bikini wax. It wasn’t explained that they don’t wax the base of the triangle, nor are there any photo examples, so I was disappointed to learn their version of an extended bikini once I stood up from the table and looked. Additionally, they say online that their extended bikini goes “2-3 inches” inside the bikini line, but my waxer only went 1/2-1inch. I waxed myself after at home and was able to get many of the hairs that were left behind. For $65 I expect more.

This place is absolutely disgusting and racist. They have horrible customer service and scammers! They definitely treat their black clients differently. They stole $84 out of my account for a service I did not get and canceled. I will be disputing with my bank and I have friends and family that will be leaving reviews as well that have experienced the same unfair treatment.
