I have been a happy customer of Watercreek Nails for the last 8 years. I have tried every service on the menu, my favorite is the ‘watercreek’ combo for mani/pedi. They are also very good with my acrylic nails. Everyone is always very kind and asks me often if the massage is good pressure or if I’m happy with the length and shape. I will keep coming here for life. ❤️

The staff at Watercreek Nails is amazing. Been going here regularly for over a year. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You can now make appointments online through their booking system which has made it so easy to get a time to works with my schedule. Special shoutout to Ava, she never disappoints when it comes to my nails. This salon has had a tough year with the vandalism event a year ago and they have bounced back gracefully. Will happily continue to support Watercreek nails and look forward to my visit every time! Thanks Kim and team!

So my gf and i came to this place last minute… guess what??!! Kim helped us out. It was an amazing experience. Great customer service. Great with kids. Kind and nice. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. They took their time and attention to detail. The sugar scrub felt great. The lotion massage was nice and using a wooden stick along my calf muscles to relax them. The massage chair was wonderful. Of course it’s always fun to pick OPI nail polish colors since they all have fun names. I will definitely go back.

Traveling through and found this spot down the street from my hotel. Ava was amazing. She took her time and was very detailed with my full set. I am very happy with her work. If I was here permanently, I would return! This shop is a hidden gem!

Came here while in town. Found through ClassPass, which is priced at a really good rate. Needed to get nails done (dip) and fix a toenail that was coming off from impact on hiking -- they did an amazing job with both the mani and pedi. Kim was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions/concerns. Compared to California, they do work on the slower side -- not sure if I'm accustomed to California stores trying to go fast or if if there were a lot of lulls when they had to answer phone/triage other things. Took me about 2h to get both the dip acrylic and pedicure done. Super happy with how things came out though. $16 extra if you're doing a gel color for pedicure

I went in on a Thursday morning and had no problems getting in a mani + pedi + dipped nail set close to my hotel downtown SLC. The cleanliness and musical choice was refreshing, the immediate greeting from a staff member near the front was so warm, too. I loved how quickly my girl worked on both my feet and hands. I got the watercreek pedicure w gel nails and it cured the swelling in my ankles from my long trip into Utah. The pedicure was a miracle worker! My finger cuticles were not tended to as well as I’d hoped, and she cut my cuticles on multiple fingers during the time I got my nails done which is why I put 4 stars. But, I was in and out of there looking pretty and pampered as quickly as I needed to be for events that day and beyond that the staff was so friendly and welcoming so- I’m thankful to have experienced an all around great first visit here. I’ll make this my go-to spot for my nails for all of my future SLC visits!

We were looking for a spa that takes walk ins and water creek got us right in! The sports pedicure was probably the most relaxing service I’ve ever received. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing afternoon in Salt Lake City

Best place in downtown SLC for pedicures and manicures. The owner is especially talented at removing hangnails. She saved me tonight. You must go and visit. They are all so very talented, every single person that works there.

Great pedicure, and I love my nails. The pedicure is a little dark for my taste, it looks lighter on the plastic nails. Definitely get the polish before sitting down! But the pedicure was great! And their on the go mani pedis are reasonably priced. I wanted a pointed natural look, she delivered (: They weren’t super busy which was great because I’ve been to salons where you’re just rushed and the job isn’t as good. I’ll be back

I stumbled upon this place thanks to ClassPass! I booked my appointment for 10AM on a Friday morning, and to my delight, the atmosphere was calm and serene. This created the perfect setting for an attentive and delightful experience. The massage alone as part of the Sports Pedicure was beyond worth it. Thank you guys for making my experience enjoyable!
