CLARICE is a massage goddess! I have had her twice now for a 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage and will continue to book with her. She really knows what she is doing, very in tune with the areas you need the most pressure, and I leave feeling like I have a brand new body every time! Last time, I had knots in my shoulders from my workouts and I swear she healed me! Highly recommend- 10/10.

It was my birthday, and I couldn’t think of a better place to spend it than Wanderlux spa. It is so warm and cozy, especially in these winter months! I started with the infrared sauna and it was just what I needed to beat the winter blues. I ended with the head spa service - talk about luxurious! If your favorite part of a salon service is getting your hair washed, you will LOVE this!! If you’re looking for a spa that is more of a warm hug than a sterile environment, Wanderlux is for you!!

I visited Wanderlux a few months ago and though it was unfamiliar territory for me, I felt so comfortable and safe. The environment of the entire building is calm and relaxing and quiet. I received my first ever facial, and I was nervous. I was greeted warmly by the front desk, was treated with respect and given appropriate space when needed. They are extremely professional here. And the facial… was incredible, oh my. Lilly was very respectful and professional, and though it was quiet for much of the time, she was warm and welcoming. I had no idea what to expect from a facial, but I can confidently say that she did an excellent job—it was one of the most relaxing hours of my life, to be honest. I can’t emphasize enough how safe the environment was, and how comfortable Lily made me feel for my first ever facial. Thank you, Wanderlux!!! I’ve gotta schedule another one very soon.

Lilly is AMAZING!! She always makes me feel so relaxed and safe, whether it’s a facial or a body wax! She’s so calm, nice and funny! I’m always impressed on her precision and cleanliness….she definitely has a life long client with me!

Have been here three times now! Have tried their eyebrow mapping, sugar waxing on eyebrows & bikini, massages, and eyelash lift & tint. Truly have never had a bad service! Everything, everytime was well done, professional, and clean. Every person there was so kind & helped me figure out what I wanted & helped me get comfortable. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I saw Lilly for the 60-minute 'Zenned Out' treatment, which includes a facial along with a face, neck, shoulder, scalp, and back massage. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This was, by far, the worst massage I've ever had. Do not recommend

Note this place has new owners, most of these reviews are from the previous owners. $140 (without tip) for a 30 minute facial that was, without a doubt, not worth it. Extremely, extremely basic, with (not kidding) about 2 minutes of a weak head massage. I hate to write such a bad review but I don’t want some else to make the same mistake I did, thinking for the price that this would be a great experience. The best part was the bed.

Just received a prenatal massage from Leah and it was everything I could have asked for and more! At the end of the massage, Leah also provided information regarding exercises aimed at specific areas of the body that she found to be holding a lot of tension.

Ryann has tinted my brows and lashes twice now. She has such a soothing and calm bedside manner. I had someone else tint my brows once and it was a terrible experience. I’m a natural redhead and I really did my research this time before going with Ryann and it was an excellent decision! I’ve received multiple compliments on how natural the color looks.

Wanderlux Spa is like walking into a hug. The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing. I followed up with a facial by Jenna which was so relaxing and great quality. She explained everything and put me right at ease. This was one of the best facials I’ve had. I love this cozy place.

I love it here! First visited for a “Zenned Out” massage and mini facial last winter. The infrared sauna was an amazing way to warm up from the chill! Everything I do here is amazing though. The location is great with parking right next door, the inside is adorable, and everyone is so nice. Jenna does my eyebrows and lash lifts and she is so wonderful! She really sets me at ease during the service and is so warm and friendly and competent. Highly recommend her!

I received a gift card from a client for Wanderlux and my client had rave reviews so I scheduled a facial with Ireland and it was so relaxing!! Ireland was so informative and helpful with putting together a skincare routine for me and I can't wait to go back and try another facial and some of their other services!

Jenna is so knowledgeable, kind, and really goes above and beyond whenever I come in for a service. Her down to earth warm personality is so calming and relaxing! I have sensitive skin and Jenna has tailored my services to meet my needs. I am always comfortable and have been very satisfied. LOVE LOVE LOVE wanderlux!! We had a party of 7 for a bachelorette weekend and the spa accommodated us and even shut down for the later hours of their day to take amazing care of us. Along with our facials we were given choices of other unique services to experiment with as a bonus like the infrared sauna. The girls were all versatile and knowledgeable and made sure to listen to our personal skin concerns in order to give us just what we needed during our treatments, as well as recommending us great products afterward. Reva gave one hell of a facial, it was truly an out of body experience 11/10. Basically felt like I had the best O of my life..so good I needed a cigarette after. This place is the cat’s meow!!!

Reva was the first esthetician that I have trusted in Grand Rapids with my hair removal. I had my chest, stomach, underarms and eyebrows done for multiple months. I was very happy with the way it looked after each session. On top of a 10/10 service she is a 10/10 personality you will not have a single issue if you visit!
