Description
When the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre was opened in 2013, our hometown had no idea what to expect. Now finally complete, the WWC host more than 10 different practitioners. We provide many holistic services like Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Counselling, Osteopathy, ... and much more. Our gift market has evolved into a peaceful place for our clients to visit while waiting for their appointments. Upstairs from the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre is our hidden gem, our 3000 sq ft. Studio Space! Here we help people set fitness goals, prevent injuries and transform their lives through exercise and Yoga classes, or join together at community events and workshops.

Such a wonderful place here in this awesome town. Friendly atmosphere, relaxing, professional, and all around positive vibes when you walk in. Cathy is very good at what she does and what she brings to this place. I am treated with such care and support with what I'm dealing with. She invests herself in her patients care and well being which keeps me coming back. Thank you!

I’ve been a few times and have had wonderful experiences every time! The front desk staff are friendly and professional! Cathy does my massages and she is very friendly, professional, and respectful. She’s given me several tips and suggestions to help with my posture while I am pregnant. She gave me the option of silence or chatting- which I really appreciated. I enjoy our conversations and the perfect pressure she provides… I no longer have a sore back! Thanks Cathy for all your help ☺️

Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion, professionalism and really felt like it was about making a sale then helping people on need. Promised help and therapy and no one called us back. Untrustworthy and very skeptical of credentials. Please be cautious.

Osteopath Donkers is a miracle worker. He fixed in one session what other osteopath could not do in 5 session. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a good osteopath.

Had a massage by cathy, and it wasn’t the best it felt like she was just touching me. (Massage sucks) and she talked for 45mins while doing her massage with me. When have you ever had a therapist talk the whole time if your not giving me deep tissue massage and it’s relaxation why would you talk..? Let the client relax! Paid $95 and have no results of relaxation what so ever. Won’t be going back! Waste of my hard earned money :( wouldn’t recommend this Place!!! Won’t be going back that’s for sure!!!!!!!! If possible would give 0 stars! But wanted to make sure my comment was seen so had to do 1 star.

My first.time.going. the atmospherewS very relaxing the reflexologist was awesome. She tuned in with what I needed. I will definitely be coming back. ☺️ Thanks for the great experience.

Despite the circumstances of COVID-19, i am still very impressed with the customer service of Wallaceburg Wellness Centre. I initially emailed them asking about a skin care brand they carry. Instead of letting me blindly choose products for myself, they assisted me with choosing the right products for my skin type and skin concerns. This was incredibly helpful as I've not used this brand before. Although being open for a minimal amount of time (due to restrictions being recently lifted) the lovely esthetician designated time for me to speak one-on-one with her (and a representative of the company which I was purchasing from); even though one product was out of stock, she took down my information to have it delivered to me at no extra cost. Clean, friendly and accommodating; the icing on top of confetti birthday cake. I look forward to exploring the other services they offer in the future as it becomes more safe.
