I've been going to same tech for over 2 years, very satisfied (even referred friends and family). Got my regular gel fill and he plowed the drill into my cuticles twice (2 different fingers). Each time the pain made me pull my hand away as if I were being sliced with a knife. He got angry and upset that I snatched my hand away from pain. Told me that "I have to take it so that he can clean it out". I said "it hurt you're digging to hard n close". He said, "next time you come, find another person". He finished the service with an attitude while talking to his co-workers in an angry tone. He was clearly discussing what happened. At end of service, the fill looked sub par and seemed amaturistic. It was not his best work. He had someone else cash me out while he walked away. No worries about using a new tech, I will find a new nail salon!!

I rarely got my nails done because I have never found a salon I was happy with. From the minute I walked into walkway nails I felt comfortable. The salon is very clean and has a nice ambiance. Tina did my nails, and she did an AMAZING job!!! she spent extra time making sure they looked perfect before I left. I will absolutely be returning regularly!!

They are very respectful, very sweet,my baby was acting up and they didn’t deny me they help me and continue the service they even stop and waited until he relax and continue I love them 🤍💯

Horrible service. I called for a 12:30pm appointment they didn’t sit me down until 1:15pm. My reflexology was less than 10 min and when I said something about it she acted like she didn’t understand me. She rushed my hot stone massage. I don’t mind paying extra for the “better” pedicure but this was overpriced and rude service. First and last time here.

They do excellent work and are very friendly. My nails last about 3 or 3 1/2 weeks until I need a fill.

My pedicure was great and the nail tech was very kind and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I decided to also get a manicure, no polish just wanted my nails shaped and cuticles worked on. She shaped them well and buffed them but now my cuticles are a wreck. I’ve had this happen when I’ve tried to do my own cuticles but I’ve never had this happen after a professional manicure.

I came in there previously and my pedicure was great but I didn’t really like the shape of my nails the first time around. I went again in hopes that it will be fixed and had a different tech. Hai is great! He took time and shaped my nails the way I preferred. The blue is the 1st time and the red was the second Hai full set with design and pedicure they’re great there.

7 months ago, I visited this salon with my mother. One of the nail techs was a bit rude. Here it is 7 months later, I visit this salon with my mother again, for Mother's Day, 2023 and my mother keeps ending up with Linda, the rudest nail tech there. I paid $130.00 for a mother's day treat for my mom and Linda knicked her multiple times. My mother bleeds everytime this woman does her nails. None of the utensils were sterilized or cleaned between uses. And I witnessed another unhappy customer getting her nails done by the male nail tech who was also rude to her. If you are not Caucasian, I would suggest going elsewhere for better service.

I didn't like the eyelashes. Nails totally depends on the technician and their attitude. I went 2 times just to make sure, it's them not me.

I was looking for a new place to have my nails done in the area since I’ve been very disappointed in other places that I’ve tried. So I decided to try Walkway Nail Spa and was extremely happy. I got there as they opened without an appointment and they were so happy to take me right then and there. Diane did a beautiful job on my nails and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely return. I was able to park right in front because it was Sunday. I don’t know that I would go there in the evening to get my nails done because the areas doesn’t seem to be the greatest, but I’m very happy with the outcome and definitely will go back.

This is the first time I've been here, and had a pedi. I was very satisfied, except for waiting an hour to start. They were short handed. However, it was worth the wait! The girl did a very nice job on my feet. With exfoliation and moisturizing with oil. A nice foot and calf massage and she even put warm oil bags on my heels while she did the polishing. I have very dry skin and now they are so nice and soft. I will definitely go back there!

Wonderful experience!!! My sister and I were immediately greeted and seated for our pedicures, our nail techs were very in-depth with their service! We were then escorted to our manicures which were beautiful, we serviced by Dianne and Hai, and both were absolutely amazing!! 10 out of 10 service!

chose the place based on the good reviews, but can’t say i agree. i had one of the male techs and his hands/fingers/nails were filthy and covered in dirt. my nails came out pretty good all things considered, but they are completely gone now 3 days later. i’ve never gotten a gel mani that came off that quickly before and i feel like i really wasted my money here. it seems like some of the other techs are quite good but it’s definitely a gamble on quality coming here

From the pedicure to the manicure was mediocre at best for a $100. I was beyond disappointed with the lack of interest shown in cleanliness and quality. I had to individually point out each toes and fingers that had nail polish on them and needed to be cleaned off. I missed a few and was very disappointed. My nail beds were so destroyed and tenderized by that metal push back thingy they used that I an still have constant skin flip and bleeding that a really pain at my nail beds. Less than a week and the nails have already started to strip and to put the icing on the cake two of my toenails bare had polish on them and my nails were not clipped !! GO ELSEWHERE.

I used to love this place for my full set nails and pedicures. Now I feel like they used such cheap products or something. My acrylic nails been on for 5 days and 3hrs to be exact. 3 nails popped off an 2 lifted. Now I have to wait until i can get a soak off because the other nails wont come off. They still do pretty good pedicures .
