As I step in, I was immediately greeted by Courtney, I didn’t wait at all, came in for orthotics and was asked if they could do anything else for and was able to have 2 other things done! Above and beyond satisfied with my experience today! Dr. Julie is the Best!

Had such a wonderful and calming experience with Dr. Joanna! My daughter needed an ingrown toenail removed and Dr. Joanna was so patient with her and talked to her the whole procedure to ensure she was doing well. She offered juice and a snack when my daughter started getting upset and nervous and never grew inpatient with her. She explained our options and let us decide without feeling any pressure. The procedure itself did not take long at all and she was very precise with the surgery. My daughter is already feeling pain free and much better. Thank you Dr. Joanna Nguyen and the staff at walkerville wellness! This was beyond my expectations and I will recommend everyone visit for their needs.

For each of my appointments, I have been seen on time, greeted in a warm professional way, and asked questions to understand where my progress is regarding problems with both feet. The treatment, care and helpful information I receive are more than I could ask for. Being able to trust someone to fix multiple problems that cause daily pain in everyday life is not easy but I have found the perfect team with Dr. Julie Fraser. Thank you!! Still happy!! 1/10/24.

I came in really nervous to my appointment today- I got an ingrown toenail removal surgery on both big toes. I’ve had super bad experiences with numbing and needles in the past, but I voiced these concerns to Joanna who was doing my procedure, and she made me feel so much better! The initial shots of numbing didn’t hurt nearly as much as I was expecting and I was so grateful. I ended up needing a few more shots of numbing and those didn’t hurt too. I mean, I couldn’t really feel or see what was going on and I’m still bandaged up pretty good but it’s safe to say Joanna did a very good job and eased my worries significantly. I’m looking forward to seeing her again in 2 weeks for my follow up and I am not in a huge amount of pain even with the numbing worn off :)) the place is clean and everyone is nice, the only downside is driving almost 30 mins from Belle river 😅

I had the pleasure of meeting with Joanna Nguyen, Chiropodist at Walkerville Wellness today. Joanna is welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. This was my initial consultation and we made great progress. I am looking forward to working with Joanna to correct my foot problems.

As always, I was seen on time, what I appreciate is that I am listened to when describing the progress with my feet as well as being asked questions about my daily progress. Communication is great with Julie who usually treats me, the information shared on helping myself at home is really useful. I will not be going anywhere else. Hope this is useful to someone.

Dr. Julie has been such a blessing to help me with my foot tendon issues! And she is the only one so far that has been able to help with this issue in over 10 months. Finally getting some relief! Thank you Dr. Fraser and staff for all your care and support! Definitely recommend her for your feet!

I had been suffering from an ingrown big toenail for years. I also had some fungal infection . I had my toenail damaged by it being ripped off accidentally. I went to hospital to have treatment and was totally traumatized by my experience. The pain was excruciating so I never wanted to have anything done again. Finally I went to see Julie and the whole experience was totally painless. Sorry I waited so long. So grateful.

Staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival. Place was very neat and space was very relaxing and well set up. The entire team took time to listen to my needs to ensure I would receive the treatment that was best for me! Will definitely go back.
