It was my first time getting my lashes and Microblading done. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. The atmosphere was clean and very neat!! She even put on some country music that I liked. And she did an amazing job!!!! Plus she's a sweetheart 💕 Thank you Shivonn!!

I went to Shivonn for several sessions of electrolysis for multiple areas. Shivonn is attentive and communicates well to identity exactly what I wanted. She is warm and friendly and I feel completely with her. I had stray hairs on my eyebrows and lip removed. I also was having getting the hairs on my legs removed, but Shivonn suggested that it might be more time and cost effective for me to get laser hair removal instead and come back to her if I had any random left over hairs. To me that shows that she is interested in her client's best interest and willing to give up business to do what's best for her client. She is a true and rare gem.

Shivonn is absolutely the best esthetician I have been to yet. She understands skin! I have seen her for waxing, electrolysis, lashes, facials, peels… I look fabulous every time I walk out! I have NEVER been disappointed in her or her services. I am a customer for life. Once my daughter is old enough, she will be going too. 🥰

I absolutely love coming to Shivonn for all my spa related needs! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and talented. I have gone to Shivonn for eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions, and soon to be facial. Usually, my skin is quick to be irritated post waxing but now I’m ready to go back to work or shopping without the redness. I have never gotten eye lash extensions in the past but wanted them for my wedding! The amount of times people have looked at me, paused, then asked if they were real is crazy! The process is relaxing (I have come close to falling asleep), and the end result is stunning! If you ever have questions about a process she is always willing to explain. Her work is amazing!

I found Shivonn through IG and I swear it was fate! I’ve been looking for someone to microblade my brows for about a year. They needed a retouch/correction and I was nervous to just go anywhere. Shivonn delivered and exceeded my expectations!! She is SO meticulous, very professional, uses quality products, really knowledgeable, asked for my input throughout the treatment, highly sanitary and produces amazing results. I am SO pleased! I can’t tell you how amazing Shivonn has been to me. I met her at a Wedding Show in Rochester In September of 2018 and set up a trial for my August 2019 wedding. From the moment we met Shivonn was nothing but kind and accommodating. I did the pre-wedding package in the months leading up to my wedding and I am so glad I did! Her office is welcoming, cute & clean. She worked with me and set up multiple appointments to make sure I was completely stress free about my wedding day and I was! On our wedding day Shivonn did an amazing job! All of my girls and I were very happy. I will continue to go to Shivonn for future services. I can not recommend her more for routine appointments and for Wedding prep & makeup!

Miss Emma threaded my eyebrows a couple weeks ago and they still look amazing! This was the first time I ever let anyone other than myself touch my eyebrows and I felt so comfortable! She did amazing. Def going back again! 💕
