I want to start this by saying I tried to work with Carachele before I posted this review. I missed a shift at work to go in and have my hair fixed and when she didn’t, I asked her to reimburse me the cost of the services to cover what I have to pay to have my color corrected and received no answer. After my first appointment, I noticed very prominent orange lines close to my scalp near my temples on both sides. I contacted carachele and she offered to have me come in to correct it. She originally told me one time and then answered me about a day later and said she wasn’t available until a week later to fix it. I switched my work schedule around and went in. She said that the color must have been from product that was on the bowl where she shampooed me. The color was very close to my scalp on the top of my head. I clarified this with her when I was in the salon to be sure she knew what I was there to have corrected. At the correction appointment she only did a toner and it did nothing to the orange lines in my hair. I messaged her when I got home as I didn’t feel comfort to look that closely at my hair in the salon as she was rushing me out. I received no response. The lines are from her diluting the bleach used to lighten my hair that bled from the foils and is about $500 to correct. Just to add, I book for a partial and she charged me for a full without any discussion of the difference. I told her I didn’t want a cut but she said she would just trim the ends because she did some damage with the color and then charged me $200 for a haircut. My $400 appointment turned into $700 and now I get to pay to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Carly is a Hair Goddess w scissors! She listens and delivers the best cuts while still being efficient and kind. Absolutely recommend her and her team.

Carly is the only stylist to give me a cut that doesn’t look like you just got a haircut, even when cutting 5+inches off - the perfect lived in style. She and her assistant are the sweetest duo, feeling so welcome in her studio.

Carly and her team are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t think I could go anywhere else. Carly knows how to cut wavy hair to make it look healthy and have great shape. Ashley is a wizard with color! I’m growing out my natural grey and she nailed the color. I get compliments all the time. I highly recommend Vol. II!

I am so happy I found Carly and Ashley for all of my hair needs! Carly is an extensions master, and while I was nervous to get them for the first time, they're absolutely beautiful and I feel like I can't live without them. Any mama knows you lose hair after having kiddos, and extensions made me feel more like myself again! I trust Carly whole-heartedly and she's never steered me wrong. She is a master at her craft, as is Ashley for color! They truly are a talented, personable dynamic duo, and I'm so grateful for them both.

I'm honored to be Carly's first review! Not only is she the sweetest and so fun to chat with every single time I see her, she is SO talented and just amazing at hair! She just knows how to make it go where you want it, and she loves to teach you how to achieve it at home. I love all the little tips and tricks she has up her sleeve.
