$350 balayage + $70 tip. Initially looked good but once the toner wore off it revealed this disaster. I asked for balayage yet received color that looks like my roots have been growing out for six months. Half of my hair is copper and the bottom half cool blonde. I asked for another stylist fix it and the salon refused. While the stylist was perfectly pleasant, I’m not willing to subject my hair to more bleach and processing for risk of reaching the same or similar result. I’d expect this result from a beauty school. The salon claims they specialize in “lived in color” but my hair looks like I’ve been living in a pool of chlorine. I would avoid this salon and go to a more reputable salon that is proud of their work, stands by their product, and holds their stylists to a higher standard. If anyone knows of a good color correction stylist, let me know!

Everything about this salon from the asthetic to the espresso machine is high quality and luxurious! Altair did a beautiful job (as always) coloring and styling my hair red, I walked out feeling gorgeous and proud. I highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Altair for the last 5 years and she always does the best job! She is so talented and trustworthy and my hair has only gotten better over the years. I would recommend her to anyone and am so thankful to have found her.

Overpriced for average styling and process. Won’t go back. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a single process and was rushed out of the place with dye still visibly stuck to my face.

🤩 Simply amazing Sydnee is a hair artist. She is now forever my go to. I couldn’t be happier. My skin is glowing from the face framing balayage she did on me. I’m not a person who enjoys sitting in a salon chair and getting work done my hair being that it’s been over a decade if not longer that a professional has touched my hair. If you’re looking for an experienced stylist, who has worked on all textures of hair from every ethic groups look no further. Sydnee Thank you again.

My balayage was done by Brenda, and she did an amazing job. I went in super nervous but determined for a new hair style and I knew exactly what I wanted. Brenda really did it for me, even better than what I expected. If you're nervous about where to go for a first time appointment, this is the place to go (although I can't speak for the other stylists). Brenda was super professional, knew what she was doing, was super polite and understood exactly what I wanted. I'm so grateful she was who I was scheduled with because it was random for me as a new client. Ask for her when you go! You won't regret it.

NOT a happy customer after my first visit here. I was scheduled for an all over color and small trim. The Stylist V was not very friendly. However, she did listen to what I wanted done. I showed her the color I was using for the past few months. She told me that she did not have that color line and was not sure if the other stylists in the salon carried it. I was told that the salon carries it when scheduling my appt. I was happy stylist V said she could use it to cover my roots but not enough to cover the whole hair/hair ends. I was ok with it since there was no other choice. I gingerly had a trim (always find it hard to part with hair, nevertheless did). V sensed my apprehension and started joking that she was going to give me a pixie cut. I was ok because I was finally seeing that she was having conversation with me. I got a shock when I was charged 200+ for the services which I don’t think was worth that much especially when only my roots and a minor trim were done that too with the color I brought in. I didn’t get a blow out or diffusing. I left with wet hair (that was my choice) but did get charged for what I’m not sure. I will not be going back to this salon. It’s a total rip off! I know because I am was a regular salon visitor until the pandemic and then things changed. I do know how much these services cost. I have been to high end salons and have had services done but nothing like this. I’m happy to pay for the services I get but this... Nope!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

I liked my stylist, she seemed really experienced. The staff were very welcoming and I’ve always like the Oribe hair products, which this salon uses. The only reason it’s not 5-stars is the price. I payed a ridiculous amount for a haircut and there was nothing super special about the service; no drinks offered, exc. I usually get my hair done at another salon/spa on the 101, so I know it’s pricey but I felt even for that this was overpriced.

I recommended this salon and stylist Carly to a friend and I was severely disappointed with her service!! She was very unprofessional and left my friend wasting $400 on botched highlights when she asked for a balayage. I feel horrible for recommending this place to my friend. save your money, time and tears. Service: rude Price: wayyyy to expensive for the average results

Unprofessional and overpriced. I went in and asked for a balayage and received a few streaky highlights. When I asked the stylist, Carly, if she could fix it, I was told she couldn’t fit me in for 2+ weeks. When the day finally came, she told me she was all booked and then proceeded to ignore my texts and BLOCKED me on instagram. I paid almost $400 for something I didn’t even ask for. I do not recommend going here, you can get much better service for half the price anywhere else.
