I have been seeing Bonnie for almost ten years. She continues to make me beautiful at every appointment. I always feel my best after getting my hair done! She is honest with me about what is best for my hair. She is also a great sounding board as a pseudo-life coach! So grateful for her presence in my life!

I had a bit of an odd experience here. I called the day before and managed to get an appointment. When I scheduled, I asked for a cut and partial highlight. When I got there I checked in and waited a few minutes. Then the receptionist/shampoo person went up and said something to the owner/my stylist about timing and how she didn't understand why I had been scheduled the way I was. I almost left but decided to stick it through. The stylist was friendly but a bit overly familiar and told me alot of less than comfortable stories. I asked for highlights and they used a toner on top which is something I've literally never had any other stylist do. My hair turned out much more orange than I like and I'm hopeful it will wear out quickly. The cut was also just bad. There is no layering or face framing like I asked for which seems pretty basic. Overall it's fine but I definitely didn't leave feeling my best or most attractive and the staff were just not professional. I'll be returning to my regular stylist at a different salon in the future.

I’ve been to different hair salons all throughout different states where I’ve lived and this is the best one I’ve ever been too . Every single time I go in I have an outstanding experience. Everyone is friendly and super kind and my hair looks amazing every time . I give an idea to my hair stylist (Karen) and let her do the rest and I’ve been in love with it every time . I spent 500 at a place in Florida that took 5 hours just to get baby highlights in with medium brown hair and the lady didn’t want me to talk and she never did ! Here Karen talks to me which I love because it’s not awkward Silence, I think in total every times it’s only been about 2 hours with everything and never more than 250 . They have great prices and it actually turns out amazing ! It deserves more than 250 with customer service alone . I will be greatly sad when I move and have to change hair salons .

We just moved to this area recently and I’ve tried two hair places so far—both were meh. Third time is a charm! I visited Vivid. Tierney was amazing from beginning to end. She listened carefully and suggested a cut/style and tweaks to my color that turned out AMAZING. She is also super sweet and easy to talk to. I am thrilled with my hair, and will keep using Tierney from now on! So glad I found her.

Very poor customer service. My appointment was booked well ahead and there is no notification that the stylist was running late or they never made an attempt to even reschedule the appointment the till I show up and find out.

Everyone at the salon is super friendly, but Kacie is absolutely amazing. She knows how to handle my curly hair, is a great conversationalist, is funny, and knows how to style my hair in a fun and fresh way. She is hands down the only person I trust to cut and style my hair!

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. They are the best!!! I am so glad I found them. Kacie is my hair stylist and she is amazing. She kills my highlights and haircuts every time, and knows what looks good on me. The other stylists look great as well and have their own loyal clients. Their prices are at market rate, but reasonably consistent. Thank you Vivid!

I love this salon! I see Tierney for my haircuts and color. We have done some awesome color work in the past! The location is clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend them, Tierney is amazing! Now that I’m back to long virgin hair again, I think it’s ready for color again! Always excited to see what she can come up with!

I was referred to Tierney by a friend when I was looking for a new hair stylist. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I can sit in her chair and have her take over. Her eye for color and cut are absolutely amazing. I recommend her and this location hands down! The front desk and all the other ladies at this spa are so friendly, warm, and welcoming! Also a lot of people wonder if they are clean and YES they are! Can’t wait to come back for my fall hair color!

Kacie was fabulous--she clearly has a lot of experience doing highlights, knew exactly what to do to keep my style going, as it was my first time with a new hairdresser since my existing stylist retired. She was also fun to talk to.

My first experience at Vivid Salon was very positive. I felt really valued as a customer, they gave me a warm welcome, they attended to me at the scheduled time, they listened with interest to my proposals and they gave me very good suggestions. The place is warm and all the staff are very professional and friendly. I can definitely recommend Vivid salon to my friends, I know they will have a relaxing and very good experience! Mi primera experiencia en Vivid Salón fue muy positiva. Me senti realmente valorada como clienta, me dierón una calida bienvenida, me atendierón a la hora programada, escucharón con interes mis propuestas y me dierón muy buenas sugerencias. Originally tried them when they ran a Groupon. Had appt with Kacie and have been going ever since! I am not the easiest customer, I always come with crazy color requests and cuts and she nails it every time. I have tried other high end salons in Columbia but Kacie/Vivid is by far my favorite. Wont consider going to anyone else. Also their prices are much more reasonable than a lot of other salons in the area.
