My man and went in for a mani pedi and we had a good time. They were very nice and took excellent care of my man. They did a great job over all. Customer service was good too.

Had a great experience. I'm always embarrassed to get a pedi because I have issues with my feet. The girl was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was very jovial and kind. I wish we lived closer..this would be my regular nail go to!

I have been a customer of Vivian for over 10+ years when she was in New Jersey. Since she moved to Arkansas I refuse to get my nails done. She is a master of her craft and knows exactly what you want and will deliver every single time! They treat you like family and the experience surpasses any level. If you are in the area and have Vivian do your nails, you are truly blessed and I am so so jealous!! Vivian and Eddie I miss you both tremendously! I will take a trip to Arkansas just for my nails and pedi!! Hope all is well!!!

I get gel nails, last time I got them they lasted like 3 weeks+. This time it’s been three days and they’re all lifting and needing redone after 3 days. I am disappointed, but she said I could come in tomorrow to get them fixed. They are all very helpful and understanding.

my first time at Vivian’s and it was wonderful!! Vivian and her nail techs were so nice!! We got 2 pedicures and a mani! I’m really picky about my nails but i am very impressed! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!:)

I decided spontaneously to get my nails and feet done. They were nice and welcoming when we walked in and got to us was fast as they could. My foot massage was AHHHHMMAAZING! My nails are going on 2 weeks now and not one has broke! I am extremely hard on my nails and rarely can make it 2 weeks without loosing one. Vivian is great at designs as well. This will be my new go to place! 😊

I tried to go here today for a mani-pedi as it shows to be open. Arrived a little before noon, along with 3 other customers, and at 12:20, no-one had opened the store. The publicized hours are not correct.

I am new to Hot Springs so I randomly on a whim went into Vivian’s Nail Spa. I was blown away! I had the best experience. Vivian really knows what she is doing. She introduced me into the gel nail, not acrylic. I will never look back. This is the only way to go. I am super duper impressed and now she has a new forever customer. Highly recommend.

I went in Sunday 12/04/23. The nail spa is very nice, but my dip nails are already extremely cracked and breaking off. Unfortunately my nails are now breaking off as well. Maybe just a bad day, but still disappointing.

Me and my friend went to this place. For my sweet sixteen, there were super nice. And they stayed open for another half an hour to finish our nails. And they did not hurt us and they didn't rush.💜

She absolutely did an amazing job on my feet! She does better than any nails shop on hot springs.I also talked my husband into getting his ingrown nails out on his feet and she was sooooo gentle and caring and did a great job on them.I would recommend her to anyone especially if you have ingrown nails! VERY AFFORDABLE AS WELL

The BEST nail salon I have ever been to and I am picky! I was in town and wanted my nails done and to treat my daughter to get hers done too. Found this place and so glad I did! Vivian is the best!!!! I get liquid gel nails and I’ve NEVER had one chip, lift, crack or come off-even after wearing them for 5 weeks before I could get a fill!!! She has designed my nails beautifully from baptismal shells, to flowers, diamonds and nautical designs… I’ll never go anywhere also again!!!!

Vivian is the sweetest and her shop is AMAZING. Try the GEL it is so worth it. She has knocked the designs out of the park for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! She does a great job on eyelashes too!
