It was convenient for a last minute migraine but the ambiance was not relaxing and the service was awkward. First off I’ve never paid in advance and have frequent reflexology for degenerative disc induced migraines. Not only did I pay more than was listed in advance which is fair for walk in, but the masseuse then continued to walk out and in thru the time. Fortunately I wasn’t violated with any propositions and the massage was good overall but she also asked for a tip and wouldn’t leave until I gave her more than 20$…. I can’t relax here and overpaid compared to more professional places like chi foot spa in Chandler

The girl who gave me a massage was not very friendly. At the end she kept pressuring me for more tip to the point of standing in front of the door with her hand on the handle. Asking me for another 20. I will not be going back there again

Finally, I found a place with a great massage near me. I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and Tiffany was great and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I will be back!

I have been going to Vivian Spa Mesa for a while now and have never been disappointed. The massage therapist is very skilled and always knows exactly how to work out any tension or knots I may have. The massage spa is always very clean and the atmosphere is very calming. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The receptionist is also very nice and welcoming.

Called beforehand to get pricing. Girl on the phone said $45 per person for couples massage. We got there and she said yeah I talked to you on the phone $70 each. Since we were already there we agreed. We paid the $140 FIRST and went into the room. The ENTIRE time she was up and down my back very aggressively hitting my lower back every time she slid down. Every time I would ask her to be more gentle she would say “ok” then something in her language to the masseuse next to her. She started off with no oil then VERY little oil on my back. The ENTIRE time the masseuses were talking to each other, stopping to be on their phone, and to answer customers at the door. She sneezed on my back and giggled and said sorry and just massaged over it instead of cleaning it. Every time she was done with a body part she would SMACK it very aggressively. After everything was done we got dressed and she was at the door asking for a tip. I said no that was a very bad massage, she continued to yell YOU GOTTA TIP YOU GOTTA TIP until we were out the door. This was by far the worst experience. I would never go back here.

Fabulous! I feel so much better after walking in with terrible knots from an office job. Was fixed up in an hour. Nice, clean, calming room.

This is a wonderful place to get a massage. Rooms are spacious, immaculate, and calming. I recieved an excellent massage by Michelle. I highly recommend Vivian Massage.

What a wonderful place! I just got the best massage I have gotten in a very long time! I asked for deep tissue and that is exactly what I got. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience today. You actually get a full hour massage and you can't beat the price! It is also locally owned and operated which I love!
