Today was my first time here. I had Lisa as my therapist. She was highly recommended to me as I suffer from AS ( chronic pain from inflammation ) . The massage was a 10 out of 10 . The business is very clean and the employees are pleasant .

VERY NICE PLACE Anna is VERY good at Massages and she's so cute and pleasant to be around. This was the first time I had hot stones very nice. I definitely will be back Also very clean and nice atmosphere

It was my first time there and the lady I had was great. She asked if medium hard was good, then proceeded to give a great massage. I do wish they would spend more time on legs and feet, but I have not found that anywhere yet. Overall I would highly recommend them. I can't wait to go back

Was visiting from DFW for a friends wedding and the turbulence in flight was so bad , had to get a massage , fortunately found this place ! One of the best massages I’ve ever got

I’ve went three times and they’ve been amazing! They listen to what you want, and keep you relaxed. The one lady cracks and stretches your body as well! Heavenly!!! Great prices and great experience!

Hands down one of the best massages..talk about little birthday present to myself..aside from an amazing massage I got stretched, my hips got rotated, and the hot rocks were just an added bonus..definitely recommend and will be returning once a month atleast!

The greatest massage I’ve had in my life without a doubt! The fact that I was a walk in after 7pm (open til 10pm!) with the best service, atmosphere, ambiance, really pretty color scheme, decoration and soothing music. On top of having a thoroughly great massage,with some chiropractic techniques 🙏 a masseur that really takes her time. Targets everything as well as targets any request or any specific areas you wanna mention. I did the 60 mins and felt amazing for awhile after the message. Definitely revisiting with confidence and highly recommend! Best massage Spa in all of Lancaster County!

I am still sore from this place. I said gentle numerous times and the lady went harder, I left with bruises on the back of my head, neck and shoulders. I had whiplash a few months ago and I think she reinjured me when she did a surprise chiropractor move on my neck and back, I was in such shock, I was frozen, I felt like I was physically assaulted. Never returning, I can't even work now because I'm in so much pain. I can barely move without pain. If someone says gentle, that does not mean go harder. This woman rubbed me like she just did a bunch of speed and was very hyper.

Quite simply; this is the best Asian massage I've ever experienced. I know the questions you have, I wonder the same things when I go for massages so I'll answer them here. 1. Atmosphere: this place is nice, and there's privacy. We all know that at least some of our clothes are coming off, and nobody wants to walk by and see raw meat through a curtain of beads. This place has doors that close. 2. Pain: I didn't experience any. I'm happy to say that they don't grind their elbows into your back like ball peen hammers into sheet metal. They do find the knots in your shoulder blades but all Asian massages do. Some places do so angrily like Seal Team 6 ripping through Pakistan but that didn't happen here. It was pleasant and they ask you about pressure...twice. 3. Contortion: Not here. I've had places bend my limbs in ways that they're just not meant to go; I've feared walking out looking like Regan going down the steps in the original Exorcist but again, that doesn't happen here. 4. Glutes: Yes. And I'm glad. For those of you that don't know, that area isn't just an apparatus for entertainment purposes. I'm old enough to know that it's a muscle group that's central to how we sit, stand, walk, run and move. A massage there is clutch. 5. Communication: again, very pleasant. They're soft spoken and they're not yapping to each other mid-massage. They just seem so polite and so focused on what they're doing. 6. Hot Stones: yes, and it's standard; not an add on. They feel amazing and these folks don't just do your back with them; they do the shoulders and legs with them too and that's absolutely sensational. Overall, I'll be back. I travel for work so I've had massages all over the country. My preference is a Swedish massage but a good Asian massage works...bad one's do not. This place is the best Asian massage I've experienced and it's not even close. Strongly recommend.

The service and atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The day I had my service I had been laid up in bed with a migraine trying everything possible to get rid of it, and yes I'm a frequent flyer of migraines, but this one was not going away even a little. I then decided to try and find a place that was open after 7pm and walk in, which there are not many, and then I found Vivi. I opted for the 90 minute massage and within 30 minutes, she relieved about 60% of the migraine and after the 90 minutes I had no trace of it. Also my masseuse was very thoughtful and mindful of the level of pressure being used and very pleasant. Not too mention the ambience is quiet, soothing, and calming. There will be many return visits on my behalf. Thank you Vivi 😊

This place is clean, efficient, and delivers a strong deep tissue massage! If you like the extras - long lists of massage styles, wine, etc - this isn't the place for you. But they 100% deliver a high quality massage. I will be going here again.

[Edit to add on after owner comments.. The owner stated that the therapist verbalized that "sweedish and deep tissue" massage were options. The therapist said nothing. There was no verbal conversation with me in any way to communicate my needs] I've never been more skeeved out. I was in there less than 60 seconds. I asked what types of massage they offered and she clearly didn't understand the language i was speaking. She led me to some room and the only thing posted was prices. No paperwork to indicate any medical information, no diagram to mark notes. I walked right out. If I can't tell them what I'm having trouble with I'm not going to get what I need.

Had the couples massage with my husband and it was so good and relaxing. The pressure was just right, not too hard and not too soft. They were able to work on the knots of our backs. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! I highly recommend this place. The prices are reasonable as well.

There have been times when I've gotten massages that are so soothing, I've fallen asleep. If that's what you're looking for here, you'll need to tell your therapist specifically because the only descriptive word I've been able to come up with has been that my massage at Vivi was the most "dynamic" I've ever had- the therapist actively felt out where I had knots and tension and worked out those areas. It was amazing, and I wish I knew the therapist's name. As others have mentioned, the massage therapist I had was petite but she should be on some sort of team because she has olympic-level endurance. At no point did she seem out of breath despite moving constantly, and had I not seen her prior to my massage, would have thought she was some kind of body builder. It demonstrated the kind of work that goes into that sort of service and I hadn't thought about that before. There was a moment when the therapist had to leave and help the person at the front desk, and without my mentioning it whatsoever, promised she'd extend my session to cover those minutes. This is a new salon and I expect that as they get a better feel of their traffic over the next few weeks and months of being open, that won't be an issue. It seemed like a normal hiccup that comes from opening a new business, and it was generous that she gave me an extra 15 minutes because she'd had to assist once at the desk. The room was so nice, and I would 100% recommend someone give it a try!

Wanted a deep tissue massage. Started with walking on my back and legs, worked out the knots in my shoulders and back. Routinely checked with me to see if it was too much pressure or not enough. Worked on my feet and ankles as well, feeling amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend, Just let them know of any sensitive areas that they should be aware of. They offer a variety of different massages. I will return.

Went in tense and sore came out feeling like mashed potatoes in the best way possible. Hot stones were legend-wait for it-ary! The knots that have been living rent free in my neck and back for months have finally been evicted!
