Michele has literally changed the brow game for me!! My brows had really no shape to them, they were just there. I was recommended to her over 3 years ago and I won't go anywhere else. I get my brows laminated. In between laminations, I get my brows groomed and tinted. I've had a lash lift and facial done as well and I've been happy with all services! She's professional, knowledgeable, personable and a perfectionist. She will always make sure she delivers more than high quality work. She has the best customer service. I love the shop and its truly such a welcoming place. Thank you Michele for always making me feel welcomed! I definitely recommend vivacious beauty lounge. If you ever want a self care day, this is the place to go!

Nice shop, they had a wide variety of beauty products. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Competitive prices to Amazon.

This is an awesome place. Michelle, the owner, does a fabulous job of not only a great facial but also in making you feel well taken care of. The space is clean The other esteticians are kind and gracious. The vibe here is very laid back and cool. 😋

I look forward to my appointments with Michele because she always does a wonderful job on my lash lifts and brow lamination. One of my adult children even drives from Burbank to Riverside to get lash lifts and eyebrow maintenance from her because she's the best. Michele recently started offering Jet Plasma, and it is AMAZING. I had 8 sessions, and it's literally a fountain of youth! I highly recommend!

Parking 4/5: There is street parking on the front, and a decent sized carpark in the back. The carpark in the back is poorly lit so if you go when the sun is down, it will be a bit dark. Interior 5/5: I love the interior so much! It's really well lit inside and the rooms are decorated in a way that makes you feel welcoming, special and that you could get pampered lol I've been to a lot of spas/beauty salons all over the world and I can honestly say this has been my favourite interior space of all. The music Michele has playing is usually up-beat pop, so you definitely will feel energised but relaxed at the same time. Service: 5/5 I get lash lift done here and Michele is very gentle with the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and patient and very easy to talk to. I could never tell what she is doing since I barely feel anything but my lashes always came out well in the end! Other places I've to, I can feel them touching my lashes all the time. The first time I went here, I still had some curl in my lashes and she recommended me doing it either at a later time or she can shorten the entire process that day so my lashes don't get damaged. Definitely will go back and recommend this place!

She took my measurements I started at 50 inch Around my waist and after 45 inches a whole 5 inches is pretty incredible at great price.
