Updated 11/16 The staff, Sara and Sherea, (sorry if it's spelt wrong)and even Dr. Matt reached out to me and were apologetic while accountable for me falling through the cracks. I had my appointment with Dr. Matt yesterday and I can't express how insightful and meaningful his attention to detail was. So many things that were not addressed with prior doctors and also ongoing suspicions from some practicioners were validated further. I am again feeling hopeful for the plan we have in place and moving forward towards optimal wellness. I was feeling hopeful when I contacted vitality and expressed my frustration with the last company I had just left due to poor communication. Dr. Matt expressed that they are different, and I felt peace with that. Well, I feel like I have been on my own.. I was suppose to get new medication for hormone balancing and I called them three times. Just kept being told they will call me when they know what Dr. Matt wanted to prescribe. It has been crickets and three, going on 4 weeks. When it comes to hormone health, it's incredibly important to feel heard and validated. Communication is necessary in ensuring that you have the support on your journey. Vitality, you let me down...

Always friendly, helpful and great care from the staff to the doctors! This is the way health care needs to work for everyone. Doctors who care about you holistically instead of big pharma who just pushes pills and shots. Highly recommend for everyone!

I have been seeing Jessica at Vitality Med Spa for 18 months for bio-identical hormones & couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. My energy levels are up, hot flashes gone & libido is back! She explains everything concisely & is a pleasure to talk with. Prices are competitive & her staff is so kind, friendly & professional. I highly recommend Vitality Med Spa if you are suffering due to menopause!

All of these reviews are from months to years ago. New owners cleaned house. No one still works there. Used to be a family but not anymore. They are extremely rude on the phone and it doesn't get better in person. Don't bother with prescriptions, the staff probably won't even let the doctor know you need one. The tension you have just walking in is enough to not go back. They had good prices but now they are just looking to make money. I wouldn't go back to vitality med spa if my life depended on it. Which is sad, because I used to feel at home there. There are too many med spas in the area to choose this one. Save your money and go anywhere else!

Beware, no help if complications/reactions occur. I developed a severe late reaction to a filler I received there, (tear troughs for dark under eye circles), and when I called to set an appointment to be seen for treatment, the lady on the phone told me that what I’m experiencing wouldn’t be from the filler, even tho it’s a medically documented reaction from the exact type of filler I received, and my physician told me it is... and I had a CT scan showing what it is. I had to argue with her to get an appointment just to be seen, and I’m having to wait a month... meanwhile, the reaction is getting bigger and worse, and I’ll probably have permanent disfigurement. I was informed that there’s no doctor who could see me, I can only see a nurse. Also, the type of filler that was used is not intended for tear troughs, which is the area I had filled. Do not go here for any cosmetic procedures/injections, go to an actual doctor. They do not care if you have a reaction, and don’t even have doctors to treat you if you do.

Coming to see Dr. Jess here was one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time. In the past few months I've dropped from 199 to 175 on the HCG diet. I feel great and look even better. Not only did she help me get things straightened out/figured out internally, but she also helped me figure out and get on a solid diet plan to clean up my life. She really taught me a lot and helped me get on the path to learning even more about myself long term. Im beyond grateful for the time Dr. Jess has spent with me going over all my questions and helping to make sure Im really comfortable with all the new info. If you are contemplating "should I or shouldnt I" do yourself a favor and just say yes to Jess. My quality of life has gone up considerably since meeting her, shes a serious professional who truly cares about your well being. I really cant say enough good things, so Ill just say thanks again and leave it at that!! 😀😀

I have been a customer of the Mesa Vitality Med Spa for several procedures. Most recently Charayye gave me an amazing and very relaxing hydrofacial. I have also had Botox and fillers from both Nicole and Marisa. Each injection procedure was virtually pain free and I felt very comfortable. Even though I have moved to Scottsdale, I will still drive to this office due to the stellar customer service I always receive from the staff.

Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have a huge selection of supplements, products, and services. They pretty frequently run late taking you back for appointments, so make sure you have the time

Love love love this place, the building itself is beautiful and so are the people working there. I lost 30 pounds thanks to their hcg program. Have not gained any weight back and it's already been over a year since I did that. Thank you and will be back for more this year :)
