I arrived at 8am to pick up my hair that I had already paid for no one showed up until 8:38am. No I’m sorry or anything that was very rude and disrespectful. Black businesses shouldn’t operate this way.

I do not recommend purchasing hair from Virgin Hair. The quality is not good. I bought a four and twenty-seven Peruvian bundle, and the hair has tangled and shed a lot. When I called customer service, they claimed it couldn't be their hair and mentioned that no one else had complained. Their response did not convince me; they didn’t even offer to investigate the issue. Since they do not stand by their product and do not prioritize customer satisfaction, I would not advise buying their hair. I have to purchase more hair from someone else.

FYI. If you’re going to turn customers around for not having a mask on, at least provide a mask so that you won’t miss out on money. No one is walking around with mask on nor in their cars anymore.

Hair quality is not good. The hair sheds, tangles, and loses the curl almost immediately. Even worse is the closures. My closure matter up and when I tried detangling it, the hair came out in patches rendering the closure useless. It has bald spots in it. Total waste of money. Hair definitely does not last a year. Beauty supply hair is better.

I am so pleased with my bundles and closure I purchased at Virgin hair Memphis. Customer service was excellent. They were so patient and helpful in helping me choose what was suitable for me. I hadn't been in a few years, but they haven't missed a beat. Thanks so much I appreciate your compassion as well as professionalism.

This is my first virgin hair wig purchase and im so glad i came back to yall. I STILL have bundles from yall…going 3 years and they look good! Yall never disappoint…thank yall!!

This hair is not good quality and is not worth the money at all. I used it for a quick weave. The hair is too silky, it sheds, doesn’t hold a curl, it’s so silky and thin my leave out doesn’t blend with it at all. I will never purchase hair again. It’s trash! 🗑️ and a waste of my money. I ordered 14 inch loose wave.

Today was my very first experience with Virgin Hair Memphis. I initially called because I was inquiring about buying a HD closure and extensions in body wave. The woman I spoke with over the phone, was very kind and helpful and she made me look forward to my experience. Upon arrival, the woman who greeted me (not the same person over the phone) completely changed this experience. She was very rude and dismissive. I let her know that this was my first experience (thinking this might change her unfriendly attitude)and she handed me a device to fill out my information, doubling down with the same smug behavior. As I filled out my info, other customers came in and her attitude completely changed. She went from being dismissive and unbothered to cheerful and bubbly and it left me to wonder what I had done to receive such an unfriendly welcome. Once it was my turn to check out, her rude and dismissive behavior continued. After handing me my extensions, she never said thank you or even cracked a smile my way. I was not rude or nasty to her in anyway so, I couldn't figure out why she wasn't as pleasant with me. For me, customer service is everything. The way that you treat human beings speaks volumes to your character. If you're in the business of selling goods and services, it might be in best practice to treat ALL of your customer with dignity and respect. Sadly, this will be the last time I purchase anything from Virgin Hair Memphis, LLC. I have not worn the extentions as of yet, but I will return with a full review of the quality of the products after. Please do a better job with customer service. The customer is the only reason you are able to maintain your business. So as of now, I will rate your customer service with one star. The one is only because of the sweet woman I talked with over the phone. Please put her at the front counter instead.

Love Wig it to weave it hair, the quality of the bundles is great. Their isn't no shedding and the hair can last years and years with proper maintenance. I will be ordering more hair soon. If your looking for great quality of hair check out wig it to weave it.

My first time buying hair and it was a great experience. I was glad to know there's a place nearby that sells virgin hair. I was sold Remi/Body wave bundles. There were no issues combing the hair. It doesn't tangle. I've washed my hair and re curled it already and it's still holding beautiful affter 1 month. I really didn't have to wash it but I did. The hair rolls easily with curling rods. I've had no issues with using irons. There's been no shedding...I don't regret my purchase one single bit 💖💖💖

Had to give 1 star to make my post but I will NEVER buy hair from this business ever again...ordered hair online cyber Monday through PayPal last year in November, contacted the store immediately bc I never received my package, owner was very rude and very unprofessional, no apologies or anything, didn’t even wanna speak with me at all to even hear my side of the story, she told me to keep calling the shop...took days to respond to my emails...some days no respond, she told me she would refund my money, never received it, then she emailed and said no refund, contacted FedEx, they said she’ll have to file the claim, i called the shop to ask if they could pass along the message about claim with FedEx, she never did, here it is Middle of January no refund or product, this has been the worst stressful experience ever..in the process of taking this matter into further action...

Ordered a 20 “ inch full lace wig online to pick up had my money supposedly Refunded to me because they weren’t doing the online ordering so that was a loss of money) came to the store to get the wig which was Allegedly 20 inches paid another 300 some dollars for a wig that literally stops at my shoulders as if it was a 14 inch got home washed the wig and as I brushed through it it started shedding BAD!! Hair everywhere WET hair at that!🤢 hair is poor quality would’ve just been better off ordering from Ali Express!!!
