Highly recommend this nail salon. It is important to make an appointment, although they will try to accommodate walk-ins if it's not too busy. Always pleasant customer interactions.

Now that Peter #1 has left, there’s no reason to go back this location. Apparently he is the only one who removes ingrown toe nails and knows what a “fancy” French manicure is. I just got my nails done on Monday, asked them if I needed a new set and the answer was “No”. Only for my thumb to pop off by Friday while I was out of town. Couldn’t get back to be fixed until Sunday when I was told I needed to pay another $8 due to “wear and tear” on my part. If you need to nickel and dime me that badly when I just spend $65 on Monday, that’s the last time you need to see my money at all.

Always great pedicures. They do a great job on my nails. Tulip did a great job today on my pedicure and was very friendly.

Thanks VIP nails for your great service, I have been with the same nail tech (Peter) for years. He’s fast and precise with his work.His freestyle designs are amazing, I have yet to have a complaint about the services I receive at VIP nails. All the techs are always nice to me and my daughters . So if you are looking for a new nail salon and a new nail tech stop in and as for Peter.

Peter @ station # 9 is the best. He has been doing my nails for over 20 years. He's quick fast and does quality work . He tells the best stories and he always makes me laugh. Please ask for him and tell him Felecia sent you 😉

Horrible place and price gouges. Got my nails and feet done the next day the polish was off on two toes. I sat under the dryer for over 30 min. Crazy and discriminating

I didn’t experience any issues mentioned in the other reviews and I’ve been going here since I moved here for about a year. Both Peters are great and Kathy does my eyebrows. I don’t think the previous owners are still here. These people are wonderful.

I will not be going back here. They have hidden fees for what should already be included in getting a gel set. Be careful as these people are manipulative, condescending, and price gouge. Do not go here, I repeat do not go here.

The guy who did my pedicure was nice and did a nice job on my toes. However, they charge $1 extra to use your card in order to pay that’s excessive also you choose your pedicure ranging from $35-$69 but that does not include any “lavender or eucalyptus salts” if you want those it’s an extra $15. Also, if you have gel on your toes it’s an $8 fee added to remove it. I love a thorough pedicure and tip well but I do not like extra fees for nothing. First and last time :)

Got a brand new set. Nail broke off a week later. Got it fixed. Paid 10$ told it was a discount. Two days later. Two more broke off. For paying $150 my gel nails and feet. Not good quality products being used.

Got a spa pedicure, and it was mediocre. Not very good pressure when massaging, and the towel they used to wrap my legs in covered barely my ankles and feet. I asked them to shape my nails more because I had a toenail that was uncomfortable and mildly ingrown and the lady just trimmed off the side. Not worth the 38$ I’m afraid :(

I originally made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. for a fill-in. I sat and waited on the person who was supposed to do my nails for more than 30 minutes. Finally, a male nail tech suggested that he do my nails. The excuse for the other tech was that she was on her way. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting her nails done by another technician. When the male tech started my nails, I told him that I wanted my nails shorter. (My nails were already short.) He immediately said $5 extra dollars. I said "I have waited in here for someone who has not yet arrived 35 minutes"! A "file down" should be free! I then snatched my hand and refused to let them do my nails. My daughter however was almost finished getting her nails done. I went to sit in my car for my daughter to wait for her to be finished. The nail tech who was supposed to do my nails arrived a full hour late. This will be the last time this salon is solicited for services for me or my daughter.

The staff definitely passed the vibe check. So friendly and gentle, she always asked how I liked it and if it was what I wanted. If anything I should’ve tipped more, she did an amazing job. I loved it here 🥰✨
