Complete WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! You will NOT get the nails you request! if you inform the staff of their error/mistake they will get mad at you and act like its not their fault or problem. They removed the wrong polish off my toe nails but refused to paint my toes the correct color. I was charged $75 for incomplete service. This nail Salon is very unprofessional, biased/discriminative, and disrespectful. Truthfully speaking, this staff is only trying to take your money and do NOT care about customer service. You can get WAY better service SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This is an update from my most recent visit to the nail salon Dec 2024. Although I had a good experience in May of 2024 while in town for a wedding this visit was quite different from the first one. I went to the salon on Saturday Dec 28th and two days later my toenail gel polish was already chipped on one nail. I called the salon and I am glad they were able to fix my nail without any problems. However, today I noticed another chipped nail on my toe so that is two chipped nails in less than a week of getting a pedicure. The gel polish I had on when I went to the shop was over three weeks old with only one recent chip but I couldn’t make it a full week without a chip gel polish from this new gel pedicure. This is disappointing to spend $65 for a pedicure and the gel polish didn’t last a week. I didn’t have time to go back for a fix due to other family commitments. Sad to say I will not visit again on any future visits while in town.

I received the best pedicure ever by Sarela! Ive visited multiple nail salons around and outside of Nashville but they did not check off everything like Sarela did. She was so sweet, EXTREMELY gentle and attentive to every detail and ensured I was satisfied with every step. I highly recommend!

My fiancée and I both got our nails done. Her nails chipped within a day. I understand she didn't do gel but what is the point of charging an extra 10 dollars for a service that can't make it past 24 hours.
