I went to see Viktoria for nanoplastia. My hair was so damaged that it was breaking off. I felt really embarrassed but she was super sweet and nonjudgmental. And she turned my hair into SILK!! 6 weeks later and it still looks crazy good. Thank you Viktoria! I’m so impressed and will be back❤️

Viktoria canceled my appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled due to illness, which I completely understood. However, I reached out multiple times to reschedule, and she has completely ignored me. I can’t help but wonder if this is because I mentioned my nationality, or if she simply doesn’t need new clients and treats everyone this way. Either way, I feel disrespected by her lack of communication, and this behavior is both strange and unprofessional.

I have been contemplating whether or not to share my experience, but I feel it is necessary to do so. I recently had the displeasure of interacting with Viktoria, who presented herself as unprofessional and entitled. Viktoria cancelled our appointments three times with less than 24 hours notice for each of those appointments, without offering a prompt reschedule, instead rescheduling a month or more out. While I was understanding of her reasons and rescheduled multiple times, I eventually expressed my concerns regarding the situation and informed her how i was traveling soon and would greatly appreciate her squeezing me in sooner. To that Viktoria appeared offended and responded rudely, stating that "we were not a good match". I sense that Viktoria's behavior may have been influenced by prejudicial attitudes towards me, as a person of color. As a result, I found the experience deeply unsettling and unprofessional on her part.

Viktoria slayed my hair color today! I wanted to achieve a bronde look and stay brunette but add some dimension and brightness around my face for that natural sun kissed look and she nailed it. My hair color feels refreshed and its exactly what i was envisioning. Can't wait for my smoothing treatment in June! Thank you!!

I got a partial balayage + haircut from Viktoria about 2 weeks ago, and it came out so beautiful! She’s the first hairstylist I’ve ever been to that has been able to give me exactly what I wanted. Viktoria clearly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about you and your hair. I’m so glad I found her! I’ve never received more compliments on my hair in my life!

I’ve been going to viktoria for almost a year now. Her work is amazing & Everytime i go to her my hair looks and feels beautiful. She uses top of the line products & really puts her all into giving you the look you asked for.

Viktoria is a true hair magician. She was able to perform nothing short of magic with my hair. The detail she put into fixing up the previous mess that other hair dressers had left was amazing. I feel 110% satisfied with my new highlights/balayage. I am so happy with my new look and Viktoria gets all the credit!
