As many others have said, this was THE best facial ever. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed and at ease. Nunzia was very gentle, informative and made sure I was okay and comfortable from start to finish. The energy in the space and the energy Nunzia had was unmatched and truly left me speechless. I am so grateful to have found someone who values a holistic approach and is intentional about her practice. She took her time with each step and the massage was amazing too. The facial truly brought me back to life! Will definitely be back.

Nunzia is very passionate, knowledgeable and truly customizes your skin care to your needs. She always considers her clients needs and wants. I have gone through many dermatologists and estheticians on my ten year acne/ skin journey and she is the first one that I truly trust with my skin. Ever since, I started seeing her I have gotten compliments on my skin. I love the results she’s helped me achieve so much so that I tell and encourage all my friends to see her. I want to add that I’m a person of color and she is very knowledgeable on our skin type. She also offers amazing Black Friday packages! I rarely write reviews but the fact I’m writing her one should tell you how talented she is with skin.

Vian Aesthetics is a class apart! Nunzia’s attention to detail, the patience with which she explains every step of the procedure, and her genuine care put you to ease right away. If that isn’t enough the ambience is extremely calming and relaxing - like a luxurious wellness resort. Being a 2024 bride I just look forward to my monthly appointments at Vian and always leave feeling grounded and so good about my skin!

This place is Gorgeous!!! I went for a facial for the first time last week and I loved the entire experience. Nunzia is so knowledgeable and after a facial with her, my skin felt so soft like cotton. The Qi treatment was very interesting and helped to minimize my fine lines and wrinkles. I felt very relaxed and I was able to entirely disconnect while I was there. I can’t wait to be back!

So happy with everything about my experience! I booked via email on the way into Chicago for a last minute trip. Nunzia was so helpful coordinating via email. I wanted to add a lip and eye booster which was no problem. I found Vian Aesthetics through Hydrafacial's website and was happy with Nunzia's extended education through them. She also trains others in Hydrafacial too. Which I feel like when someone teaches it to others they know the ins and outs. This was my first time getting a hydrafacial. I saw the data and research about their efficacy and was nervous on finding a great provider. This could not have been a better spot for my first Hydrafacial. Since I live in another area Nunzia described and showed me some things to look out for and ask when I booked one where we live. I appreciate her helping me to become a more educated consumer! I really enjoyed discussing skincare with her. There are not a lot of times when I can discuss ingredients and brands that I like in depth with someone. The experience and Hydrafacial was everything and more that I had hoped it would be! I went in for my congested pores, redness and wanting more of a glow. Her technique is wonderful and my face looked radiant. This really agreed with my skin! She made sure I knew what to and not to do ahead of time and after. I appreciate her care in making sure the best and safest results for my skin! I think she space is lovely, very calming and rejuvenating. I would not hesitate to recommend her and I will be booking with her anytime we are in the area!

I love the customer service. I love the service. The spa is amazing, so beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My skin is never looked better. Natalie educated me, explained To me what products to use and put me on a schedule to keep up and improve my skin. I’m so excited to be a new customer and go on this journey.

Can’t recommend Vian and Nunzia more highly! I started seeing Nunzia during pregnancy, as I had terrible pregnancy acne on my face and back when I was pregnant with my son, and I was determined to do anything I could to help combat this during my current pregnancy. As a result of seeing Nunzia during this pregnancy, my skin is night and day different from last time. She takes the time to make sure the products she is using are completely pregnancy-safe as well as make sure I am comfortable throughout the services. She is also so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Nunzia is such a sweetheart & really takes good care of you! Makes sure you leave feeling confident and satisfied. My skin was glowing and looked amazing. What an unbelievable space in the heart of Chicago downtown! I mean, the greatest facials I’ve ever experienced. I have been waxing with Nunzia for 3 years now and she is amazing. She was really patient my first time with her since it was my first time waxing ever. She is a pro at what she does and the service is always quick. She is always on time even though i am now 45 mins away from me since i moved i'm still making the drive to her because she's worth it. Thats how good she is at what she does.
