I tried this place simply because they had a high ranking on Google and it allowed me to book online. I got Hellen, and she did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. I could not recommend Hellen more. She was great. Very thorough!

An elderly woman who was sitting next to me getting a pedi mentioned wanting to get a cup of coffee. Because she had to use her walker to get around, and was planning to call a Lyft to take her home, she decided she wouldn’t get one after all. Ann (a nail tech I think?) insisted on going to Uppercrust for her and brought her back a coffee. Not to mention, the young man who did her pedi was so caring and helpful, talking with her the whole time. My mani and pedi were refreshing, but witnessing the sincere kindness from the staff was even more refreshing! Thank you for warming my heart!

Came here for a gel/acrylic removal to let my natural nails breathe for a little bit. Unfortunately, I got cut with the orange rectangle buffer and the nail tech acted like nothing happened. I’ve been getting my nails done regularly for over a decade and this is the 2nd time I’ve ever been cut. The nail tech didn’t throw away the buffer after it cut me, just put it back in a drawer, so that’s gross to think it might be reused on someone else.

Very NICE.... I just wish it was not so vanilla bean... I guess the owner feels like it is a neutral color, creating atmosphere... But humm NO... Add some cherry blossoms or something LIVELY 🌺💎🌺💎🌺💎🌺💎🌺💎🌺

I went in for a new set and pedicure 9 days ago, and yesterday my middle nail snapped off. I wouldn’t have returned but since i called and they said they would fix it for free, i did. Today i went in and got it “fixed” but the nail looks awful. The woman did not put any pink under the white so you can see through my nails (my other nails had the pink) and she put way too much white and it was a different shape. I would of been fine with it since i could deal with a weird looking nail for a week until i get them redone (at a different place) but when i went to leave, they said it would be 8 dollars. I informed the front desk person that I was told on the phone it would be free, and he said because of the length of my nails, it would be 8 dollars. i paid for the length of my nails when i got the full set only 9 days ago when i paid 130 dollars for a mani pedi. I would understand if it broke off from a fill because nails get old and weathered so they need to be replaced, but before i got them done i did not have acrylics on at all, so after only 9 days, it should not have snapped off (so easily as well) edit: the top coat she put on my nails today is peeling off as well, including on the new nail)

I got a pedicure and got a bad scratch it is all red.they were cleaning my bottom of my foot I was not happy it I let them know it hurt.i just wanted to let you know so it does not happen again

So many things went soooo very wrong during my visit yesterday. I was asked to move to 3 different stations and they swapped out nail techs. 5 different people touched my nails!!!! Each time there was a constant audience of additional techs standing around looking down at me and my nails speaking in a language I don't understand. Apparently there's a problem if you want ombre nails. I sat there so frustrated and on the verge of tears. They made me feel embarrassed!! I did receive an acceptable set of nails by the time I left over 2 & a half hrs later. But my nails are very sore today and I can honestly say I hate them just due the the horrible experience from yesterday. I will add that at no time did I get rude with them or be negative (I was honestly at their mercy at this point... my nails looked horrendous from the grinding and removal of my old set) and I also asked if it would make things easier on them if I just had them do something else besides the ombre set and was told we can do it. I cannot recommend them and I cannot go back! Truly the worst experience I have ever had... I honestly don't think I want to get my nails done anywhere ever again after this.

Went for a pedicure and requested the paraffin pedi with gel polish. The tech was nice, but I assume she forgot I asked for it because I got callus removal and the basic pedicure without even having lotion or any scrub, etc prior to her painting them. Only once this was done did I mention something and she proceeded to do the socks, lotion and towel. In all salons I’ve visited prior this was done prior to the polish but I again assume she forgot the pedicure I had requested. Even if I did not remind her, I still got a very basic pedicure with little effort. I was also charged an additional 15$ for gel, which is not a big deal but is not clear when advertising the pedicures they offer. Not sure if I just had a weird experience; the overall pricing isn’t bad for additional services compared to higher end salons but I’d try them again. Quality of the paint is decent and again she was very nice.

Requested a 45 minute pedicure received a 30 minute pedicure. Last time I visited was exceptional. This visit the tech was not courteous and very sharp when speaking to me. Shame I loved the place e first time round.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years. They were awesome the first few years but lately they’ve clearly changed products and are very cheap products yet their prices have gone up. I used to be able to go 6 weeks with dip polish and now they don’t even last a week! I’ll be going somewhere else!!

Let me start of by saying I’m not dissatisfied in my acrylic nails but I can’t help to feel like I was ripped off I paid 65$ for a new set and paid the same thing for a fill today with the same design except on my ring finger I requested a heart with the same polished used on my other fingers On my ring fingers now I truly love this place but that didn’t feel right and even though I enquire about it the receptionist not her fault didnt know why and when she asked the tech he said I was charged 15$ for the design and 50$ for a refill …. Now I’m not sure on the fixed price for anything there since it’s not provided on the website or in person upfront but I do feel like that was wrong so if you do decide to visit just inquire in details about what cost what before sitting down so you won’t feel cheated like I did

So yesterday me and my daughter went to go get a full set . When we walk in this place everybody looking crazy. And then this girl came in right behind us they took first . Never greeted us or anything. So I left and one of the tech came out the door trying ask what’s the reason we are leaving. I was like ma’am u Knw the reason and I’ll take my business somewhere else. Then the manager got the nerve to txt me to explain why . No ma'am . But it’s ok I will never go there …….

Really disappointed in my experience there. First of all, my nail tech was rude. But my only reason for leaving a review is because I noticed they were not sanitizing pedicure tools between clients which is unacceptable.

I did not get what I asked for…great place but the lady was rude. My sister also didn’t get what she asked for… The lady that did my nails held several conversations with her coworkers and barely paid attention to her work.

I made an appointment a week in advance and I was completely an obvious inconvenience. When i checked in I confirmed I needed a fill and a pedicure. My fill is horrible. The acrylic is bumpy, nothing is filed consistently, and the color is missing from the sides. I asked for OPI bubble bath and she did white? I asked if she was doing bubble bath and she said yes but it’s clearly not bubble bath. To top it all off they completely forgot about a pedicure so I left.
