Had a negative experience arguing over my tip and decided to go back after about 6 months. To be fair, I have updated my re view to a 4 star to avarage out the overwhelming positive way I feel after the massage from here and the posted pricing. Minus one star simply to remind them dont argue over tips. Its infuriating!

My massage was a decent massage, not great. When it was time to pay, the woman informed me that the cost was 40.00, so I asked that she add 10.00 to the bill for the tip (25%). The woman replied sternly "no, 15.00" I paused for a moment to take her response in and I repeated "10.00 that's 25% which is more than a customary 20% tip" She then became belligerent and repeated her request for a 15.00 tip. At that point I replied that now I would only pay for the cost of the service and no longer leaving a tip. She replied that she's not poor and if that's what I want to do then fine but then asked again for the 15.00 tip. She informed me that there would be a 2 dollar charge for a credit card transaction, to which I replied OK 42.00. The man that works there came out of one of the massage rooms ( I don't think that the woman or I had elevated our voices but he was in the room nearest to us and so I'm certain our voices carried but neither of us were loud or yelling) Before I could explain to him what had transpired, she spoke in their native language and I'm assuming she was providing him with her version of the situation. She started processing the transaction so once she stopped talking I turned to the man to attempt to explain the situation. She cut me off and replied you pay and then you go and don't come back. When she handed me the receipt I noticed that she had rung up the transaction as 42 cents. I extended the receipt to the man and said, see even this is incorrect. I told him her energy is bad and that's going to drive business away. He looked at the receipt, shook his head, explained it to her in their language and then apologized to me. The massage was an average massage the place is clean and presentable but the business acumen and attitude of that specific woman will ultimately drive business away

Great price and value, pressure was spot on. Easy to make an appointment and it was fast. I didn't seem to have the mandatory tip problem the others reported.

Massage is 5stars .. but business practices are 1 star.. be aware.... A one hour massage is $40 but they expect you to tip $15 I offered a tip in cash with $20 .. he said $5 change .. I said no, $10. He grumbled... I said let's put all on card They charge a $2 convenience fee for credit card (which is fine) ... The he asked how much tip, I said $10 .. so total is $52. Receipt for signature showed $57 . I said no, $52.. asked him to give me $5 cash or redo .. he threw the $5 at me. And then mumbled under his breath something that I am sure was meant to be offensive. I WOULD ADVISE.. PAY CASH!! or triple check your credit card transaction for accuracy before signing the receipt Expecting a tip is one thing but shaming customers for the amount is not cool. A 25% tip on a service seems pretty generous ... But this place really needs to increase their prices instead of extorting clients

DON’’T SUPPORT RACISM - After making an appointment by phone with a man staff. I arrived by paid Lyft ride for my 3:45pm scheduled appointment with two other non-Black couples coming in behind me. The male staff immediately escorted the two couple onto separate areas leaving me standing at the front counter. I observed two women in the front go to the back. The man returned to whisper to me that he was too busy. I was shocked to experience such a difference in treatment as a Black woman than the white customers. I am an appointed official and a doctoral student. I have no ready. to misrepresent myself or practice dishonesty. I have much more to lose than gain from posting a fake review. Racism is real. Whiteness is always catered to by other races who align their practices to exclude people because of their skin color. In observation, the cleanliness and the smell of the the facility match with the cheap prices. In all, the integrity on this business is below standard.

I have been here many, many times. It has always been outstanding. Ok, it's not the Ritz, and a lot of fa fa. Just a great massage at a fair price. Never have they pressured me for extra services or a larger tip. I truly think some of the negative reviews are phony. Again, I have been coming here often for Years, never been disappointed.

Made an appointment showed up and only one person working looks really tired and told me he called me he couldn’t honor my appointment which he never did wasted my time and gas and I would never ever go to this place I should have known with all the complaints to start with

Went for couple massages. Paid 22% tip. Be careful! Hidden 30% tips is a must. Otherwise, be prepare to receive rude behaviour. Do not hand over large bill if you want the change back. Will never go back!

I wasn't satisfied with the massage. It was just more on rubbing, there's no massage or any pressure at all. I was not sure of he was too tired of having a back to back client, but he did not do a good job on massaging me. I was more stress when I got out from the place, because I got upset. I changed my tip for smaller tip and he asked for more. Too shame!

I went to this place looking for a therapeutic massage. None of the female massage therapists seemed interested in this at all they just wanted to and offered to perform extra services for tips. I ended up having massages from Tiger the manager or owner who used some kind of product on my feet that caused skin peeling and itching and irritation. I think he generally did a good job but was very evasive every time I wanted to go get a massage because it seems they are trying to rack up the fees for extra services. They apply high pressure on how much you tip them and try every technique to maximize tips. I don’t think the people here are well trained or care about therapeutic massage. They are simply looking for a quick buck.

I should have said feet only. I told them feet + hands. Most of it was gentle rubbing when he got to my feet I asked for more pressure which he did. I would not return back here a solid 3

Came here on vacation and skipped the fancy overpriced spas. So glad I did! So affordable and therapist did an amazing job and addressed all my stress spots. Clean facility and avoid the covid rush on the strip!

I will be returning. The people here do a good job. An hour massage for a descent price, and the place is nicely kept on the inside. Make sure you reward your masseuse for their hard work! They work for it, and are friendly. P.S. They will have you take your shirt off, so be prepared!
