Their classic head massage was amazing! Great bang for your buck. Scalp and face cleaning, great head and shoulders massage. Very nice employees, would recommend.

Similarly to a previous reviewer, I got the $58 head spa, which was well done in itself. But when I prepared to tip the masseuse 20% ($12), she pressured me to tip more, telling me that others had tipped $20 and I should tip at least $15. In the moment I felt intimidated enough to agree, but that rubbed me the wrong way.

Amazing place. Me and a few family members came by and had an enjoyable experience. The place was very clean and they did an amazing job. We got the H3 and loved the service.

Had a very bad experience with cc and Lisa. My sister and I had come for facials and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The facials weren't even facials, they had no clue what they were doing. We came for a 75 min facial and they rushed the whole thing and cut it to less than an hour thinking we didn't notice. So it wasn't a good facial what so ever: along with going to pay at the register and cc DEMANDING a MINIMUM of $10 tip for each of us. I will not be returning

I did the $79.99 combo for back massage 1h and scalp treatment 1h. There were 2 providers and both were great. The atmosphere is relaxing and wasn't loud. At the end the tip for each provider was 15$ so in total, spent $110. The service was good so I'm still giving a 5 star.

I got the special facial treatment today and the service was amazing. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The facialist was so thorough in cleansing my face and sculpted my jawline so well it looked slimmer. My face was glowing afterwards and it feels so soft. 10/10. Would definitely come back.

Came here over the weekend as a part of my friends 30th birthday trip and this was definitely the best part. Got the H3 which included the hair treatment,face and eye mask, shoulder arm and face massages, a foot soak, some tea and more!! lt was so relaxing I kept dozing off, well worth it (especially as a mom of 2, it was super relaxing and didn't break my bank. It's nice being able to pamper yourself without having to spend hundreds). Absolutely going to start making AT LEAST an annual trip to this salon. I even had forgotten to take out a few microbraids from the night before and the lady doing my hair was super kind about it AND replaced my little rubber bands afterwards even though it wasn't necessary. They're very kind, professional, and efficient here. Plus all of our faces and hair feel so soft and clean ❤️ Thank you ladies at vemax!!

My facial and head therapy was done by CC today. Throughout the experience, CC’s ensured I was comforted and relaxed. I highly recommend everyone to check out Vemax Beauty Spa for an unbelievable experience of self care.

The service was fine. My friend and I got the head therapy service. My massage was good but I left with tangled hair, not great but not the worst. I read the reviews saying there was a mandatory tip of $10 for an hour service. The service we got was $58 each and I wanted to tip $12 for each masseuse. Then was told that it’s a $15 minimum tip for an hour service. Fine…whatever…then I look at the receipt and she charged me $19.25 tip for each masseuse. 33% tip??? I regret not being more firm about being overcharged but now I know and will not be coming back.

Got facials with a friend. It was super relaxing and I got a scalp massage too. My face felt so soft and clean afterwards. The staff was so sweet and I'm definitely coming again.

The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is only because of the 2 things me and my friend encountered on our visit here. We came here before and the service was fine, but this time around our service was questionable. Coco and Lisa did our services, and compared to the last time we were here, they were speaking the whole time in their native language, which was fine but the ENTIRE time it was like they were chatting it up. Also, when it came to tipping, we were told that $10 was the minimum tipping. When I came here last time in February, we tipped however much we wanted and the people working there were grateful for it. Overall, I was very disappointed with this visit, will not be coming back here again. To my non-east Asian people, they will scam you with the tipping.

Two friends and I wanted to try scalp massage/treatments so we went for the H4 the other day. They fit us all in at once — I think they have four beds total. It was amazing!! So relaxing. And much more than just a scalp cleanse — they massaged, soaked our feet, gave a facial, etc. It was truly amazing and definitely an amazing value. Will be back!

Update: I went for the second time with my sister to Vemax Beauty Spa. It was another great experience. My sister and I love it. Recommend this place. I didn't know I needed this massage in my life! When you walk in, there are several beds with curtains. The curtain provides privacy. I came in for a massage for my scalp, which is not a soft massage. You will get a massage, but it feels great afterward. I booked for myself the 60 minutes head massage. I really recommend this place. It's clean and comfortable.
