I got the full curly care package. I’m in the process of growing out my hair from a buzz cut, so while there wasn’t a lot to shape, Ash did an amazing job getting me to where I want to go. I finally didn’t have the sad microphone hair that I walked in with. The atmosphere was awesome, and I would definitely recommend.

Angela was amazing. She spent plenty of time getting to know what I liked and didn’t like about my hair at the time I went in. She got the blonde cool, as requested, and reshaped my hair cut. I felt like a new person! I have already referred her to friends.

Got the curly reset package with Ash. My hair looks amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments! She does a very in depth explanation on how to take care of your hair and goes step by step. Would 100% recommend to anybody!

The place is super cute, beautiful velvet couch, green plants on the wall and very welcoming staff. I came in to get festival braids. Alexis did an amazing job!! She even offered cute little Jewels for my braid. As I was leaving they gave me a “festival survival kit” with a hair brush, make up wipe, hair clips and even lashes. Literally sooo thoughtful 🥰

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 Alexis at Velvet Edge Salon is amazing! She put festival braids in my hair with a stunning color scheme and glitter that has drawn compliments from all ages—even event staff at a Molly Hatchet concert asked to take a picture! The braids have lasted over a week so far through work, running, and gym sessions. Alexis is such a delight to talk to, and I’ll definitely be back in January before my cruise!

I recently took advantage of Ash's curly hair offer. My prior cut was a problem. We discussed options and she made corrections. I was thrilled with the results. And, it is so easy to manage now!

I came across Velvet Edge through a pop up advertisement on Facebook and Intagram. I am so incredibly happy I did. I got the blonding package and had Angela as my stylist. She was so kind and thoughtful and did such an amazing job. She listen to what I wanted and took her time. This has been the best experience and salon I’ve been to. I would highly recommend going to Velvet Edge, you will not be disappointed. I will continue to go here for all my hair needs and look forward to it.

I love this salon! Angela is amazing and very skilled. She did my color, cut and 22 inch extensions. Ive never loved my hair so much :) i also took my daughter to get the blonde Gulf glow package and her hair turned out fantastic! Angela did her hair too. The salon is very nice. Love the decor and they have stylists as well as barbers. Just a good vibe all around. Highly recommend!

I’m not being dramatic when I say this was the best salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist than Ash. They took their time with asking me in depth questions about what I wanted and walked me through each step so my end result perfectly matched my expectations. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable and so kind. I’ll be back again and again. Thank you so much Ash for making me feel prettier than I’ve felt in a long time :’)

I’ve got my haircut by both Matt and Aaron. Both are incredible at what they do. Every time I walk out of velvet edge I’m extremely happy with the service and end results. I couldn’t recommend this barbershop/salon enough.

Went to Angela and she absolutely killed it. I have asian hair so bleaching it isn’t an easy process but she did such a good job. I’ve been going to different salons for a while now and haven’t been able to find anyone I actually like but Angela made me feel heard and the results are the reason I’m staying with her!! she ateeee
